"You did what?!" Axel asked while shouting, anger seeping through his voice. He didn't understand why Kai did what he did, and if he understood how it would affect his family.
"You're fired." He said without any hesitation.
"Wait, Father, hear him out," Charlotte begged.
"Hmmmm. Fine, but make it quick."
"Uhh, I learned that your enemies are those of the Second and First prince faction because apparently, the king is dying and there will soon be a civil war."
"Yes, that is correct. How does this explain why you did those things?" Axel asked
"My parents always told me to crush my enemies, because once they're dead, it doesn't matter who they were in life."
Axel didn't know if that was good parenting or not, but he liked what Kai had said. Still, this didn't excuse his actions.
"So, for you, I will crush your enemies and place the third prince on the throne!"
