A smile of utter contempt crosses Levi's face as he raises the two swords in his hands before charging forward.
His rapid steps intensify as he advances, and soon his movements are accompanied by the movements of his powerful arms.
Levi's body is covered in a blackness as dark as the void. He moves his hands, holding the two swords, and in the next moment, they strike two giant tentacles, splitting them in half and revealing the creatures' insides.
Their insides are even stranger, composed of numerous fibers and a purple liquid. The inside of these giant tentacles looks more like the inside of a rotten potato full of internal passages.
Levi takes a big leap, his body moving like a fish in water, his two swords cutting through dozens of tentacles as he falls, and then...

Levi suddenly opens his eyes, his body jumping into alert mode, his muscles stiffening, his previously confident body feeling a little heavy. He raises his sword to stop a purple, fingerless arm that suddenly attacked him.
"Useless resistance..." the strange creature says with its voice that is a mixture of several voices, "C'thun will end up devouring this world and corrupting your soul," the strange creature says before moving its other arm.

However, this time, Levi takes the initiative. The blade of his sword, completely blackened by Armor Haki, moves at great speed, cutting through the air toward the strange creature's other arm.
His sword once again easily cuts through the creature's arm, and upon feeling it, Levi can't help but calm down, his expression returning to normal as his body regains its previous confidence.
"Hmph," the strange creature makes a slight noise before moving its body with all its strength, charging forward, ready to hit Levi like a truck hits a pedestrian.
However, Levi quickly moved to the right, easily dodging the strange creature's charge. He swung his sword again and this time, with a quick twist of his body, cut the strange creature in half, revealing its insides full of organs and strange purple blood.
Levi narrows his eyes, once again moving with great energy, running the blade of his sword across the skin of those giant tentacles, taking the lives of these things like a demon god.

Levi leaned back in the shade of a tree that grew among the destroyed houses on the Maria wall.
He raised one of his palms slightly to observe it. There is a kind of purple stain on the back of his hand, apparently left by the blood of the strange creature.
He tried to wash it off with some water, but the stain would not come off. His eyes went from slight confusion to mild concern before he sighed lightly. "What are these things?" Levi asked himself. At this moment, he, with his Armor Haki, was the only one who could cut these strange tentacles.
After all, some Paradis soldiers had tried to fight the giant tentacles, however, their swords were split in half upon impact with the bodies of those tentacles.
Levi leans against the tree, vaguely remembering what happened after he killed King Fritz.

"What the hell are you doing?" Rod Reiss fell to the ground. He had been ambushed by Levi after being tricked and taken to the outskirts of Wall Maria, deep in the forest.

Levi feels it, the peculiarity of this place, the sensation of himself flying over this endless sea of corpses, his mind surprised by the scene, and his soul began to tremble.
"You are... fit to become my champion, boy," a voice that is a mixture of several voices echoes throughout the world, feeling as if it carries several emotions.
Levi unconsciously covered his ears, his mind unable to process the creature's words, not because of their content, but because of a strange feeling of... emptiness and darkness that penetrated his soul.
Levi went from a confused state to one in which he observed, as if he were a spectator, his body being slowly absorbed by an infinite blackness.
He felt empty, strange, floating above a sea of corpses and simply existing. He looked up at the red sky fading to yellow, and once again his mind was struck by a flood of feelings.
"Arrrghhh!!!" Levi screamed inside himself with indescribable pain coursing through his veins, pounding against his body and stirring his soul.
As the strange sensation continued to torment him, Levi's body, leaning against the tree, began to change. Half asleep, his skin slowly became a little brighter, his muscles more defined, and the purple stain on his hand took shape.
The shape of the stain on the back of his hand slowly changed, forming small dots and a huge curve. A moment later, the stain became something similar to a tattoo of an eye.
The iris of the cat-shaped eye felt "spectral," as if by looking at that iris one could see the entire universe, carrying with it a feeling of infinity.
Levi slowly opens his eyes, and as soon as his consciousness returns to the real world, he stands up quickly, breathing heavily and sweating profusely.
His body curls up, his mind overwhelmed by the memories of that dream, while his expression is one of absolute terror. He blinks, his face, which shows terror and fear as well as anxiety, slowly calms down, his eyebrows become less furrowed, his skin regains its elasticity, and his cold expression returns to a certain extent.
Levi then stood up straight, looking at the blue sky with white clouds, his breathing still agitated, and his mind still slightly overwhelmed by memories.
Then, he smiled slightly. He didn't know why, but he felt that nothing would ever be the same again. Whatever was in that dream, he had found it.
