After finishing her talk with Georgia, Cassidy opened her contacts, found Zeke's name, and called him.
It didn't take long before Zeke picked up.
"Hey, baby. Why are you calling me? Do you miss me?" Zeke teased, made Cassidy chuckle softly.
"Why do you always think I miss you whenever I call? Do you think I'm still a teenager, constantly missing you, even though we see each other every day and live under the same roof?" Cassidy replied, teasing back since Zeke kept joking.
"So you don't miss me? But I really miss you, baby," Zeke said, sounding a little sad but Cassidy knew he was just pretending.
But Cassidy couldn't deny it, hearing him say he missed her made a smile spread across her pretty face. "I miss you a little," Cassidy admitted honestly.
"I knew you missed me, baby. I always miss you, all the time," Zeke said, not stopping with his words of longing, making Cassidy shake her head at his antics.
