Chapter 216 - 216: Fate Of The Two Leviathan

Both men, or rather a boy and a man, watched from afar as the two sisters faced each other in a tense standoff. An invisible, oppressive aura radiated from Koneko as she glared coldly at her older sister.

"Is she her sister?" Yusuke asked.

Long ago, Akeno and Rias had told him about Koneko's past, and later Koneko herself had personally shared what happened to her when she was young. He knew she had an older sister. However, he had never fully believed the excuse that she had simply gotten drunk on her power and lost control.

Yusuke focused all his senses on Kuroka with caution. He was not worried that she would hurt Koneko. Rather, he was carefully trying to determine whether she was another yandere.

Since the milf yandere saga in the Underworld, Yusuke had been strictly following one principle. All women are yanderes until proven otherwise.

"Indeed," Vali answered with a light nod as he crossed his arms. "She is also my teammate."

'Why are we having such a friendly chat, by the way?' Yusuke suddenly wondered. The last time they met, this guy had been trying to protect that war-obsessed old cunt, Kokabiel.

"You've grown stronger," Vali suddenly spoke.

The way he stared at Yusuke made the latter wonder if this guy was swinging the wrong way.

"Let us have a fight. Last time, I could not fight you properly."

"Nah, I'll pass," Yusuke shook his head dismissively. "You are not my opponent. Perhaps you could have stood a chance against me when I was weak, but now I am just too strong for you."

[How cocky!] B2 snickered at him.

'I am just stating the truth,' Yusuke shrugged casually.

When they fought last time, Yusuke had already felt that the two of them were roughly on the same level, or perhaps that he was slightly stronger. But now, his strength had risen so explosively that the version of him from back then would not be able to withstand even a single blow from the current him.

"...I am being underestimated?" It seemed Yusuke's reply had genuinely shocked Vali. He blinked a few times, then suddenly burst into laughter.

"Interesting. You are really interesting!"

"Now I want to fight you even more!"

His instinct was telling him that the person before him had grown far stronger than the last time they fought. Even if they clashed right now, Vali knew he would be completely defeated.

But he was not afraid. On the contrary, he felt excited. He loved fighting stronger opponents. Perhaps this person would finally force him to use Juggernaut Drive.

"Senpai!"

Koneko came running back to him. The moment she spotted Vali, she quickly stepped in front of Yusuke like a mother hen protecting her chick and glared at him fiercely.

"What are you doing here?!"

"..." Vali did not bother answering her. He gave her only a single indifferent glance before looking away and walking a few meters away from them.

"He came with me," Kuroka peeked from behind Koneko and stared at Yusuke with a playful, teasing smile. "Hello there, boyfriend, nya~!"

"Did Shirone cause you trouble, nya?" She bent down on her knees to match his height and asked curiously, "How did the two of you become together, nya? You look so cute, nya!"

She started bombarding him with questions while reaching out to pick him up. However, her hands were instantly slapped away by an angry Koneko.

"Onee-san, you are not allowed to touch him!"

Koneko glared at her older sister with cold, hostile eyes. However, the black cat didn't seem bothered by her little sister's hostility at all. She simply smiled and gently patted Koneko's head.

"Alright, alright. Onee-san will leave for now."

"Stay safe, both of you. I'll come play often, nya~!"

Kuroka winked at them playfully and took a step back. In the next instant, her figure blurred. She appeared right behind Yusuke, bent down, and planted a quick kiss on his cheek.

Before Koneko could explode in anger, Kuroka's figure faded away along with her teasing laughter.

"Shirone, Yu-chan, see ya later, nya~!"

"Hmph! She is still the same as always. So annoying!" Koneko looked around vigilantly and noticed that Vali had also disappeared at some point.

"How was your talk with her?" Yusuke asked. He was not particularly bothered by the kiss from the older woman. She did not seem to mean any harm. The only disappointing thing was that he still had not confirmed whether she was a yandere or not.

Koneko fell silent. She bent down, intending to pick Yusuke up, but he quickly swatted her hand away and glared at her.

He was clearly a year older than her. Why was she suddenly treating him like a child just because his body had shrunk?

"Hmm, she didn't want to explain what happened that time," Koneko said softly.

She knelt on the ground and rested her head gently on Yusuke's shoulder, whispering, "I clearly understand that what she did back then wasn't because she lost control or got drunk on her power. But still... still... why would she do that?"

"Do you still hate her?" Yusuke asked gently as he patted her head.

He could sense that Koneko actually respected her older sister deep down. However, there was still a significant hurdle in her heart that prevented her from fully forgiving Kuroka. After all, the trauma she had suffered at such a young age had left an extremely deep mark on her soul.

"I don't know," Koneko shook her head slowly.

Ever since she began training in Senjutsu, she had started doubting the story she had been told about what happened back then. She had wanted to meet her sister and confront her directly. But now that she had finally seen her again and learned that Kuroka had actually been watching over her all this time, her feelings had become incredibly complicated.

Why had her older sister abandoned her back then?

"You'll find out in the future. Take it slow," Yusuke said gently as he continued rubbing her soft, white hair.

"Hmm, nya~!" Koneko hummed softly in contentment. Her cat ears and tail appeared as she relaxed against him. Then she suddenly asked, "Do you want to go to where you did it with Isabela-san? I want to try it too."

Her words instantly shattered the gentle atmosphere.

"...Not today," Yusuke replied, completely speechless. His hand stopped moving. He pushed her head away lightly and started walking. "Let's go back."

...

"Serafall?"

The lowest underground floor had undergone significant changes over the last few days. It had been connected to the underground floors of the surrounding houses that had been purchased by the rich yanderes. Katerea Leviathan was imprisoned in one of these rooms.

Right now, she was kneeling obediently on the ground with her hands resting neatly on her knees. A thick collar was locked around her neck, connected to a heavy chain fixed to the wall. Gone was her defiant and arrogant attitude. At this moment, she looked exactly like an obedient, docile pet.

When the elevator doors opened, and the group of scary yanderes who had been 'educating' her walked out along with Serafall, Katerea could not help but exclaim in shock. Her eyes widened to their absolute limit.

The yandere girls ignored her and threw the incapacitated Serafall roughly onto the floor.

"What are you doing?! So-tan, why are you looking at me like that?!"

The female Maou stood up and glared at the women surrounding her. She tried to use her magic, but quickly realized it had been completely suppressed.

When the yanderes had ganged up on her earlier, Grayfia had seized the opportunity to place a magic-suppressing collar around her neck, sealing away her powers and catching Serafall completely off guard.

The revered and respected Maou had ended up like Luffy, stupidly getting handcuffed by seastone cuffs.

"Onee-sama, I warned you many times to never try harming Yusuke." Sona crossed her arms and glared at her older sister with eyes full of contempt and fury. She warned Serafall repeatedly in the past, especially when her sister openly declared that she wanted to turn Yusuke into a woman.

"Why are you looking at me like that?! I did it for our sake! If Yu-tan became a woman, we could have become happy lovers now!" Serafall snapped back. She lifted her head high and spoke in a confident, self-righteous tone. "These women are all tricking you and Yu-tan, forcing you into this filthy, messy relationship. Only yuri love is true love!"

As she spoke, her expression twisted with frustration. "That bastard Ajuka, damn it! He should have at least put a label on the pens! Damn it! I wasted my chance!"

When she remembered that she had actually picked the wrong device, she gritted her teeth in pure anger.

"...Crazy bitch!" Murayama glared at Serafall with burning hatred. The sound of her heavy, ragged breathing and the grinding of her teeth was clearly audible in the room. She looked like a young master from a powerful clan watching a jade beauty shamelessly flirting with her crippled fiancé right in front of him.

"Ajuka is the one who created this vile device?"

Venelana narrowed her eyes dangerously. She glanced at Grayfia for a moment before shifting her gaze back to Serafall. A cold, ruthless thought crossed her mind.

'Should I find a way to get rid of him?'

It was always Ajuka's inventions that caused problems for Yusuke. First, there was Grayfia's collar that had sealed his power, and now this stupid device that had turned him into a shota.

"Speak. Is there a way to reverse its effect?" Grayfia asked coldly.

"..." Serafall was about to ignore her, but when she met her little sister's silent, icy gaze, she swallowed nervously and answered, "I don't know. Ajuka said the effect will wear off on its own. It may take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on the target."

"Good," Grayfia sighed in relief. Although Yusuke looked super cute in his current form, she would much rather have the mature version of him.

"Asia, Xenovia, Irina, I'll leave her to you. Please take good care of her." Sona gave her sister one last glance before turning around. She spoke to the church trio with a solemn tone and walked toward the elevator.

She always respected and loved her older sister, but what Serafall had done this time had clearly crossed the line. She needed to be properly disciplined. Otherwise, who knew what even more outrageous stunt she might pull in the future?

"Leave it to us," Irina answered with a gentle smile. However, for some reason, her gaze sent a chill down Serafall's spine.

"I'll stay to help you this time," Murayama suddenly spoke. She had disliked Serafall for quite a while now. The woman kept jumping around like an annoying grasshopper, constantly getting on her nerves. What she had done this time had finally snapped Murayama's last bit of patience, and her sword had been thirsting for blood.

"Let's work together then," Irina responded enthusiastically. She clasped her hands together and prayed with sincere devotion. "Let us show this sinner the wonder of our Lord and Savior."

"Amen!"

No one paid any attention to the naked Katerea, who was huddled in the corner of the room watching the scene with her head lowered.

She always hated Serafall for taking everything from her, but right now, as she watched what was about to unfold, she could not help but feel pity for the female Maou.

...

As the group of yanderes returned to the first floor, the doorbell suddenly rang.

When Venelana opened the door, two people greeted her with warm smiles.

"Mother, how have you been?"

"Grandma!"

They were Sirzechs and Millicas.
