Kevin ignored them, eyes locked on the confrontation below.

Mei Yi (firm): "I don't care."
Kiana lunged, injuries be damned. But the new Herrscher of Thunder dodged effortlessly—then pinned her with a lightning-charged grip.
"Enough." A controlled shock sent Kiana crumpling.
Yet as Mei turned to leave—
Kiana (screaming): "I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO!"
Honkai energy erupted. Subspace spears materialized, one aimed at Mei's throat.
Mei Yi (raged): "You'd DIE wielding this power?!"
Lightning answered her fury. The sky split as violet arcs annihilated Kiana's weapons.
"I understand saving the world—but how could I endure losing YOU?" Mei's voice broke. "To me… YOU matter more!"
BOOM—!!!
The final thunderstroke shattered the battlefield.
From the ruins, Kevin spoke tonelessly: "We're done here."
As if none of it concerned him.
