Chapter 863 - Nightmare

Tyrande Whisperwind suddenly woke from a nightmare.

She had forgotten most of what happened in the dream, but what she could still remember was that the moon goddess, Elune, was involved in a terrible war.

Her mount was mortally wounded and threw her from its body, causing her to hit her head hard on the ground, and she was then captured by the terrible Xavius.

She still remembered some horrible images and sounds. A goat-like monster stared at her with ill intentions. A pair of hairy hands with claws held her tightly...

Then she was startled awake.

The pair of narrow and elegant silver eyes swept around the magnificent side hall. She had seen this magnificent room where she was imprisoned countless times.

The afternoon sun shines in from the west. This is the time for the elves to rest...

Her soft lips slightly opened and she sighed softly, lamenting the situation she was in. She shook her head, and her long dark blue hair fluttered around like waves, with a few strands of silver hair in her hair that were quite conspicuous at the moment.

She stood up from the prone position, and the silky quilt fell down her body. Suddenly, she saw the traces of the battle on her beautiful body, and her face flushed.

She wanted to ignore the black figure beside her, but unfortunately, the sleeping man whose whole body was covered in shadows was her ruler.

The guy who called himself Duke never hesitated to show her the battle reports of the Burning Legion. He even openly declared to the Eredar twins that this was part of the training, in order to undermine her will.

Tyrande wanted to deny that these battle reports were true, but the few times she secretly contacted Elune under Duke's watch, she was met with silence. Elune could only give her meaningless comfort and urging her on the plan.

Duke even contacted the soul of Malfurion, which had been in a blocked state, once, and it turned out that Malfurion also made her believe in Duke!

Tyrande was terrified, afraid that she could no longer hold on.

She didn't know when the so-called plan would succeed, she only knew that she was sinking step by step, even in the name of justice and righteousness.

The beautiful memories of her childhood and girlhood were fading away, and the members of the Sisterhood of Elune began to fade from her mind. The only things that filled her entire spiritual world were the endless tricks and methods of this man.

She had fought, cried, and begged for forgiveness, but what frightened her was that she was beginning to get used to this role that she once thought was so terrible.

Even though she was tortured extremely badly, when she looked back, her mind was still filled with the black figure.

If he leaves for a while, I will soon miss him and look forward to his next visit.

Before I knew it, thirty days had passed.

Tyrande was shocked to find that the luckiest thing between men and women is that the person you love loves you, and the luckier thing is that there is someone who loves you but you don't love him.

However, now she has fallen into a third situation that she once thought she would never accept - getting used to each other!

In just one month, she had completely gotten used to his presence, just like eating and drinking.

"Have I... fallen?" Tyrande held her face.

Suddenly Duke's voice came: "No! This is just a nightmare! Dreams will eventually end. But whether what is presented before you is a return to ordinary daily life, or a reality that is more cruel than a nightmare, depends on our efforts."

Tyrande suddenly felt warm.

It was really ironic that when she was about to collapse and become a plaything without self, it was the guy who had been forcing her who gave her a hand.

Tyrande bit her lip hard. She was powerless and couldn't help but think wildly. If he really saved the Kaldorei in this way, what attitude should I use to face him in the future...

With Tyrande, Duke walked towards the southernmost tower of Azshara's palace. The tower was shining with magical energy. Thanks to Duke's perfect debugging, the upper elves did not need to work day and night as they did in history.

Along the way, Tyrande saw the high elves and evil horned monsters taking turns saluting them on the road leading to the tower.

The upper elves' slender bodies were covered with hooded green robes with exquisite patterns embroidered on them; the lower body of the monsters was very much like the body of a goat. They used to be night elves, but now they belong to the Burning Legion - yes! They are satyrs.

In the giant hall at the top of the tower, the Satyrs and the upper elves were struggling to maintain the magic in the hexagonal matrix.

On the extremely complex magic circle pattern engraved by Duke himself, there was a ball of fire floating in the air, and in the center of the fire was a black hole that seemed to never disappear. The moment Duke led Tyrande into the hall, Tyrande subconsciously knew that she had entered the realm of Sargeras, the leader of the Burning Legion.

There, the Abyss Lord Mannoroth and the Eredar Twins had arrived early. Both they and the Doomsday Guards around the hall looked at Tyrande, who was wearing a white robe and still looked holy, with mocking eyes. These playful eyes made Tyrande feel ashamed.

The twins even gave Duke a thumbs-up in a wicked way.

Thanks to Duke's extremely pure space magic, Sargeras no longer needs to force his will to come down. His power can be manifested in this world at any time and anywhere through this huge portal. The only flaw is that this portal is still not big enough and strong enough to support Sargeras himself to pass through.

"Can you let me in?" A voice that made Tyrande tremble came from the entrance of the hall.

Duke nodded.

Mannoroth roared immediately: "Come in!"

Without Duke and Tyrande, Illidan would undoubtedly be the smallest.

This time, Illidan was clearly mentally prepared. Even when he met Duke, he greeted him in a very formal way.

But no one knew what was going on in his amber eyes. Tyrande looked at Illidan, her mouth moved, but she didn't say anything.

No one made things difficult for Illidan, because he was the protagonist today!

The deep portal suddenly fluctuated, and the next second, a mysterious force suddenly filled the hall. This mysterious force came from the distant twisting void.

The huge shadow of Sargeras suddenly filled the huge hall which was more than thirty meters high.

His rumbling voice then rang out.

"Are you Illidan Stormrage, the man who proved his loyalty to the Legion and was able to do what no one else could?

Illidan bowed his head deeply to show respect: "It's me!"

"As a mortal, you are very powerful..." Sargeras spoke from another world. After a moment of silence, he continued, "But your power is worthless in my eyes..."

Illidan said suddenly: "Perhaps I can let His Majesty come to Azeroth!"
