Asher took the file from Lyra and flipped through the pages. The more he read, the more a frown appeared on his face. With his reading speed and comprehension, he should have finished the file in a minute, but Asher simply stared at the file for five minutes as though he couldn't believe what he had just read.
He closed the file and tossed it onto the bed he was sitting on as he spoke.
"Lyra."
"I'm here, Young Master," Lyra's voice came as she remained within the room while Asher read the file.
"I have a mission for you." Asher's voice was calm, his purple eyes meeting Lyra's black ones as he added, "I need you to kill Viscount Raymond and his son, Ramos," he instructed.
His voice wasn't filled with killing intent or anything of the sort, as though he was simply ordering an ordinary chicken to be killed.
