Nerrisa went completely silent after Eirvanna's h reply. Her platinum eyes remained on the girl's faint, almost transparent face for several seconds before she slowly turned her head toward Razeal. She said nothing. She merely watched him her expression so calm and unreadable that nobody could tell what thoughts were moving behind those eyes.
Razeal, however, didn't even notice her stare for long. He was far too deep inside his own thoughts. Eirvanna's words had suddenly given him several missing pieces, and for the first time since this entire conversation about his destiny had begun, some of those pieces were actually fitting together.
