Tristan sat and listened to Nita as she continuously reminded him of how to act around Trevor.
Trevor had changed their lunch date to dinner date and he was not in any way thrilled about it but he does not want to disappoint her after all her effort.
"Are you listening to me?" Nita asked as she noticed his lack of enthusiasm.
Tristan nodded, but she was not convinced.
"Remember, this is a plan. Don't mess it up." She cautioned and he nodded again.
"Do you even remember what happened at that party that night?" Tristan asked suddenly and she stopped in her tracks. She slowly shook her head and narrowed her eyes.
"What happened?"
Oh, I see you don't remember," Tristan thought.
"Nothing", he replied to her. But his mind was not at peace.
What if Trevor makes the same move again tonight?
Tristan's phone buzzed on the bed beside him and he glanced down at the screen and saw Trevor's name flashing on it.
"Is that him? Is he here?"
