Chapter 224 - Chapter 224: Forbidden Forest and Intelligence

On Saturday, before the first task began, Harry secretly went to Hogsmeade.

Hagrid and Moody went to the Three Broomsticks, and Hermione followed the two boys who were still locked in their cold war.

Since Harry and Ron were still refusing to speak to each other, Harry wore his invisibility cloak and didn't acknowledge his two best friends.

Aiden brought Ginny to shop at Honeydukes for sweets.

"Did you fight with Ron?" Ginny asked with concern.

"Mm-hmm, yesterday he tried to fight me. I was considerate enough to let him vent his frustrations; otherwise, with his skill level..." Aiden showed a mischievous smile.

"Will you two stop being friends in the future?" Ginny asked, somewhat worried.

"We're family," Aiden said, reaching out to tap Ginny's forehead gently with his finger.

"That's good," Ginny smiled with relief and turned to select merchandise.

Meanwhile, Harry walked into the Three Broomsticks, and Hermione kept creating opportunities for the two stubborn boys to reconcile.

Unfortunately, both remained stubbornly silent.

Moody nearby used his magical eye to notice the magical power anomaly in the surroundings. Combined with his intelligence gathering on Harry, he had a clear answer in his mind.

"Hagrid, see Miss Granger over there?"

Moody took out his flask and drank from it, but he didn't notice the disdainful look from Mrs. Rosmerta nearby.

"Oh, Hermione, what's wrong with those two?" Hagrid asked, draining his butterbeer in one gulp.

"Harry Potter is also following beside her. Didn't you say before that you had something you wanted to tell him?" Moody reminded carefully.

"Oh, yes, that's right!" Hagrid said, standing up with obvious purpose.

Accompanied by the sound of tables and chairs colliding, Hagrid squeezed over to Hermione's crowded table.

"Hermione, you know, bring the invisibility cloak to the Forbidden Forest tonight."

Due to the crowd, Hagrid didn't dare call Harry's name directly and could only secretly remind them.

Hermione immediately understood what Hagrid meant and nodded to him. Hagrid left satisfied.

On the way back, Hermione mentioned this to Harry, while Ron beside them showed some reaction but ultimately couldn't find the words.

Ginny and Aiden, following behind, both sighed with frustration.

That night, Harry and Hagrid walked quietly in the Forbidden Forest.

Strange sounds came from the grass ahead, as if something large was approaching.

"Hide," Hagrid whispered, waving to Harry.

Harry immediately took out his invisibility cloak and put it on carefully.

"The exciting part is coming," a gentle young voice suddenly sounded in Harry's ear.

"Aiden?" Harry turned back in surprise.

"Shh!"

Aiden quickly covered Harry's mouth while his right hand touched his monocle, saving the upcoming recording in a folder named "Recording Life."

"Good evening, Olympe," Hagrid said, walking over with obvious nervousness.

"Oh, you came, Hagrid. I thought... you had already forgotten me," Madame Maxime said, her voice becoming much softer.

"How could I forget you," Hagrid said affectionately, taking Madame Maxime's hand.

"Oh my god, they really, ugh..." Harry stuck out his tongue in disgust.

But he immediately realized this was bad and quickly closed his mouth.

"It's fine, they can't hear us," Aiden said, pulling off Harry's invisibility cloak.

Maxime and Hagrid paid no attention to the two boys.

"Amazing, how is this done?" Harry asked with obvious curiosity.

"Hiding in the blind spots of consciousness. They can't see or hear us now and have even subconsciously forgotten about us," Aiden explained.

"So, Hagrid, do you have something special to show me?" Maxime asked.

"Oh, right, follow me."

Hagrid led Maxime toward the depths of the Forbidden Forest. Aiden pulled Harry to quickly follow them.

In the Forbidden Forest, four large boxes were placed in the clearing, with flames occasionally surging from inside the containers.

"So magnificent, may I go closer to look?" Madame Maxime murmured with obvious awe.

"Please do," Hagrid gestured encouragingly.

"Dragons, so this is our first task? Are you joking?" Harry said with complete disbelief.

"Yes, Charlie transported them from Romania. He wrote saying they would arrive here tonight and told me to come look," Aiden answered matter-of-factly.

Beside the dragons, Hagrid couldn't help but want to get close to them, but was stopped by Charlie.

"Hagrid, what are you doing!" Charlie shouted with alarm.

"Oh, Charlie, I... I just came over to admire these beautiful creatures," Hagrid explained innocently.

But Charlie, who knew Hagrid's character well, saw through him immediately.

"All our dragon eggs are counted. Don't think about stealing any!" Charlie warned sternly.

"Cough, how could I..." Hagrid's voice gradually became quieter with embarrassment.

"Charlie," Aiden said, pulling Harry out from the blind spot of consciousness.

"Oh, Aiden, how about it? Magnificent, right?" Charlie said, showing off these dragons to his adoptive little brother.

"Swedish Short-Snout, Common Welsh Green, Chinese Fireball, Hungarian Horntail," Aiden counted them one by one with expertise.

"Magnificent, right? Ron almost fainted when he saw this," Charlie laughed with obvious amusement.

"Ron?" Now it was Harry's turn to be surprised.

"Yes, he told me that dragons would be delivered here tonight. Didn't he tell you?" Hagrid also spoke up with confusion.

"No," Harry said, lowering his head with dejection. Hagrid pursed his lips thoughtfully.

After visiting the dragons, Aiden returned to the castle with Harry, and on the way they even ran into Karkaroff who had come secretly to gather intelligence.

"Ha, it seems everyone will know about the competition before the first task even begins," Aiden said in a teasing tone.

"This is unavoidable. The dragons make too much commotion, so naturally everyone will pay attention to them," Harry said, shaking his head.

"Let me tell you something interesting. Because both you and I are competing, Charlie didn't even dare tell Aunt about transporting dragons," Aiden told Harry a cold joke to cheer him up.

Harry's mind immediately conjured the scene of Mrs. Weasley yelling at Charlie.

Charlie Weasley! Would you personally deliver dragons to kill your two little brothers?! Molly roared.

"Haha!" Thinking of this, Harry also laughed out loud.

"Harry, don't blame Ron too much. He might have been spoiled by us. Having been cared for by family since childhood, he can't understand your suffering, so I..."

Aiden's words weren't finished but were interrupted by Harry.

"You don't need to apologize for him, Aiden. I know everything; I've never blamed him, I understand!"

Harry forced a smile, then quickly ran toward the Gryffindor common room.

"Mutual understanding is the foundation of friendship, isn't it?" an elderly voice sounded from behind Aiden.

"Hey, you're really idle. Are your school affairs finished?" Aiden asked, raising an eyebrow.

"No, but I have Minerva. What about you? Is your homework done?" Dumbledore teased.

"Also no, but I have Virtual Personality!" Aiden said, putting his hands on his hips.

"What is Virtual Personality?"

"I won't tell you."

As the conversation between the old man and young boy gradually faded into the distance, Hogwarts' night returned to peaceful silence once again.
