Among the three women, Kay, Nick's mom, was obviously off-limits; Eva, though more open now, was still strict with others, so getting her to sleep with Nick would be tough.
After thinking it over, Mary seemed like the best option.
With that in mind, Jack whispered, "I have a way to get you with Mary."
"What way?" Nick asked, not taking him seriously, thinking Jack was just joking.
Jack grabbed Nick's phone and sent a text message. Nick, curious, asked, "Who did you text?"
"Mary. I always mark my words." Jack said, shaking the phone with a triumphant grin. "Now we just wait and see if she bites!"
"What, you actually texted her?" Nick was stunned. "Jack, are you serious? If she goes public with this or reports it to the cops, we're screwed."
Jack had used Nick's phone to send the message, so if Mary found out, Nick would be in deep trouble.
"Relax, she won't spread it around."
At that moment, Mary was in a meeting with some subordinates in the office.
