Because Glenn Flynn had connections with Matt Leung, Nora planned to refrain from taking action against Ethan Scott at the tavern out of respect for Glenn Flynn. Unexpectedly, she let Ethan Scott off the hook, but he recklessly delivered himself onto her doorstep.
