Car horns were blaring.
Nora Scott's reverie abruptly ended, her thoughts being pulled back.
In the open parking lot at the square, all the parking spots were taken, as the music festival had just finished and the place was packed. It took quite a while for Nora Scott and Pedro Langley to get to where they parked their car.
However, as soon as they reached the car, they both stopped simultaneously without getting in.
Nora Scott strolled around, taking a casual walk, observing the situation roughly before returning to Pedro, who was preparing to call the police.
"That's ruthless, all four tires slashed."
Nora Scott raised an eyebrow and asked with interest, "Who did you tick off?"
Pedro Langley seemed a bit regretful, "Didn't even have time to tick anyone off."
