The North City Armory service gate opened only after the faction-round seal confirmed itself three times. Nox stood on the concrete ramp with Vasa, Kendra, and two evidence runners while government workers watched from behind a painted yellow line.
The route belonged to the First Citadel under the tournament settlement, giving his faction access to the listed stock and its service corridor. It did not make the workers, the building, or the city his property.
"Read the transfer limits before anyone touches a shelf," Nox said, keeping his hands away from the gate controls.
"First Citadel receives armory access, service-corridor control, and usable inventory already listed in the escrow record. Staff retain their labor choice and may leave through the marked civilian route," Vasa said, reading the System text aloud from the public tablet.
