After holding it in for as long as he could, Oliver, one of the mages from the Mage's Court, finally spoke up.
"Logan, I know it's asking a lot… but can you teach me this method? I'm willing to pay any price."
A hush fell over the group.
After witnessing what Logan had accomplished without even using magic, everyone had been left stunned. If this was his capability without spells or mana… then what would he become with magic? Could anyone in the entire kingdom match him?
No… maybe not even in the entire world.
That thought echoed in every mind present.
And the most shocking part? He had just turned fifteen.
Oliver had merely voiced what everyone else had been thinking. Even the two elite hunters from Caelondor, Charles and Robert, felt the same urge to ask but held back.
"We're from a different kingdom," both thought. "Even if we came to help in the mission, that alone isn't enough to justify asking him for something so invaluable."
