Chapter 94

Neither Ron nor Harry could fully accept the words that came from Arthur.

"No… it's impossible for Albert's father to be that cruel," Harry said firmly. "Maybe what Albert told us is the truth—that his father was imprisoned unjustly. I bet that's the real story."

Ron nodded in agreement. "Yes… Albert did say that the truth would come out soon. He also mentioned that he had evidence to help get his father legally released."

Arthur sighed once more, knowing full well that the truth would remain the truth. What had happened could not be changed.

"Alright, children," Arthur said, his voice steady. "If you ever see this prisoner around, stay away from him. Understood?"

The boys responded in unison, "Understood!"

Later, Ron and Harry returned to Ron's bedroom on the middle floor of the house, sitting on the bed, lost in thought.

Leaning back against his pillow, Ron said, "You know… I really think what Dad said is true."

Harry was surprised by his friend's words. "Do you really believe what your father says? I think it might just be an exaggeration… or even a false accusation. There's no way Albert's father could do something like that!"

Ron turned to Harry, his gaze serious. "Do you really know Albert's father well enough to say that? Have you even seen him to be certain about anything? We know nothing about him except that he's Albert's father. Just because the son is good doesn't mean the father is too. We have no evidence that he's truly innocent."

Harry fell silent after hearing Ron's words. He realized that Ron was right.

"So… what do we do then?" Harry asked quietly.

"I don't know, honestly. I have no idea," Ron admitted.
