Following the events detailed in Log 78, the O5 Council has officially approved SCP-187's request for cohabitation with SCP-Null. The decision was rendered swiftly, citing not only SCP-187's emotional stability during prior interactions but also the observed mental health improvements in all involved SCPs since their contact with Null.
CHAMBER STATUS:No reconstruction is necessary. The current chamber was expanded during the incident outlined in Log 61, allowing sufficient space and functionality for multiple residents. SCP-1471's transient presence has been accounted for and does not strain resources.
187's PREPARATION & OBSERVATIONS:
During her initial entry into Null's chamber (see: Log 78), SCP-187 was wearing her standard-issue blindfold to prevent unsolicited future-vision exposure. However, medical and psychological staff noted something unexpected:
Dr. Quinn's Commentary:"Once within proximity of Null, SCP-187 appeared to naturally suppress her ability—voluntarily. It wasn't the blindfold dampening her perception… it was her. This suggests not just comfort but growing control, likely influenced by Null's passive nullification field."
Subsequent interviews with SCP-187 confirmed this. She claimed she could "choose not to see" as long as she felt grounded—something she described as "easy" around Null.
MEDICAL NOTICE:
While no medical anomalies were detected, protocol required a precautionary examination. SCP-187 was issued standard "day-after" hormonal balance and stress-response regulators due to anticipated physical activity during cohabitation.
Observation Note:SCP-187 was reportedly "noticeably flushed" upon receiving her medication. Dr. Quinn chalked it up to embarrassment and a developing sense of intimacy. SCP-105, when made aware, reportedly gave her a soft pat on the back and a short laugh.
SUMMARY:
SCP-187 is now a confirmed partner and resident within Null's chamber.
