Chapter 13 - Marine Greatest Inventor 13

"This…"

A beautiful female Marine with fair legs was staring in astonishment at Leon and the Seraphim before her.

The female Marine wore a sword at her waist.

Judging by her appearance—she was none other than Vice Admiral Gion, a candidate for Admiral!

"What in the world… are these?"

"Children of the Lunarian Tribe? But why do they look like miniature versions of the Shicibukai?" Her eyes were filled with confusion.

"You want me to take these kids on a mission to warn Doflamingo and stop his deal with the Beasts Pirates?" Gion asked incredulously.

"Yes" Sengoku replied with a smile.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, this is no joking matter…" Gion tensed up, about to say more. But Leon cut her off.

"Vice Admiral Gion, I know you must have many doubts, but please trust Fleet Admiral Sengoku—and the Seraphim."

"Seraphim?" Gion blinked. "That's their name? But no matter what, they're just a bunch of kids…"

Sengoku chuckled and interrupted. "Gion, you might not know since you just returned from a mission, but these ten are actually robots developed by Leon."

"They're the next generation of Humanoid Weapons."

"Humanoid Weapons?" Gion was stunned. She then turned to Leon again.

With clear skepticism, she asked "Invented… by Leon?"

As Kizaru younger brother, Gion naturally knew Leon.

Truth be told, she had interacted with him before and she genuinely liked this adorable little man.

A while ago, she had heard about Sengoku helping Leon build a laboratory. But she hadn't paid it much mind.

She simply assumed it was a privilege granted out of respect for Kizaru.

But now, seeing this… Perhaps there was more to it.

Still, no matter what—this was a critical mission for the Marines! Disrupting Doflamingo deal.

That meant facing Doflamingo and his officers.

Possibly even Jack the Drought and the Beasts Pirates, And she was supposed to bring along something invented by an eight-year-old?

Was this a joke? Even the Pacifistas would be better than this!

Seeing Gion blatant disbelief, Leon knew he was being underestimated.

"Vice Admiral Gion, you don't believe me?" Leon grinned.

"How about a fight with one of them?"

Without waiting for her answer, he immediately turned to the Seraphim.

"You're up, Little Empress."

"Yes." The Little Hancock stepped forward expressionlessly.

Gion didn't stop her.

Her face still showed clear dismissal.

How strong could something invented by an eight-year-old possibly be?

Even if they looked impressive.

"Begin! Just go all out!" Leon instructed the Little Hancock.

The next moment—the Little Hancock stomped the ground hard.

"Whoosh!"

Gion jolted in shock, her mouth falling open.

"That's Soru from the Rokushiki! No—it's similar, but even faster!"

Right from the start, the Little Hancock used "High-Speed Movement," combined with Soru, Thus unleashing blinding speed!

In the blink of an eye, she was right in front of Gion!

All her strength concentrated into a single fingertip—and she thrust forward like a bullet.

Even her index finger was coated with Armament Haki!

Gion expression shifted slightly.

As a veteran Vice Admiral and even a candidate for Admiral, she wouldn't be defeated so easily. With a swift movement, Little Hancock attack missed completely!

Immediately, Gion stomped the ground repeatedly, propelling herself backward at incredible speed.

She stared at Little Hancock with undisguised shock.

"Shigan and that Soru just now... The Rokushiki of the Marine. I even sensed Haki. How can a machine possibly perform these techniques?" Gion was utterly astonished.

But she had no time to dwell on it.

Little Hancock charged forward again, launching a rapid series of Shigan while closing the distance with blinding speed.

"Hmph, not bad. I underestimated you..." Suppressing her shock, Gion glanced at the confident Leon from the corner of her eye.

Countless thoughts flashed through her mind, but she ultimately focused on the Seraphim before her.

"Whoosh!"

Dodging another Shigan, Gion countered with a powerful kick.

Little Hancock nimbly avoided it using Kami-e, but Gion pressed her advantage relentlessly.

"Whoosh!"

Activating Soru again, Little Hancock retreated at high speed...

"Hmph, trying to run?" Gion pursued instantly, a confident smile appearing on her face.

"Good. It seems I'll need to get serious to defeat you!" With that, she increased her speed by another third, closing in on Little Hancock rapidly...

Suddenly!

Little Hancock raised her right hand, palm aimed directly at Gion... A blinding light flashed from her palm!

"What? A Laser Beam?!" Gion Observation Haki flared as she jerked her head aside at the last moment!

The beam grazed past her cheek, barely missing her.

Gion exhaled in relief. "That was close! So you have Admiral Kizaru Laser Beam like the Pacifistas!"

"Except your speed and power far surpass theirs, not to mention mastering the Rokusihiki and dual Haki!" She looked at the approaching Little Hancock with awe.

"Alright, that's enough." Leon called for a stop. Little Hancock immediately halted.

Gion turned to Leon. "Little Leon, explain this to me. Did you really invent all this?"

At her question, Leon grinned widely. "Yes, Vice Admiral Gion. I did invent them, and each possesses Shicibukai-level combat ability."

"Beyond the speed, strength, Laser Beams, dual Haki and Six Powers you've seen, they also have rapid regeneration!"

"And masterful swordsmanship!"

"But that's not the most impressive part. What's truly remarkable is their ability to learn quickly and continue growing stronger!"

Gion froze at his words.

She glanced dumbfounded at Sengoku, who nodded slightly in confirmation.

Only then did disbelief flood Gion face, Machines that could train and grow stronger - who would believe such a thing? And their inventor... Was just an eight-year-old boy!

If this got out, the entire world would probably be shaken!

After a long pause, Gion finally snapped back to reality.

The corners of her lips curled slightly, revealing a face full of mocking amusement.

"In that case... Doflamingo is going to be in big trouble this time..."
