[Harry Potter]
I found myself sitting on my daughter's bed, which was now messy and filled with clothes, while she stood there, finger on her chin, deciding what to wear.
It shouldn't take a kid more than a few minutes to be ready, let alone decide what to wear, but that might be my fault. I was the one who filled her entire space-extended closet with all kinds of outfits.
Her room was what you'd expect a normal girl's room to look like—if you ignore the fact that it was huge. The walls were a light pink in color; the decor was a mixture of old and modern style, ranging in colors between white, light pink, light purple, and amethyst. At least her new decorations were like this because she changes them every other day depending on her mood.
…Yes, I made it so her room can be any color she wants, have any designs she desires, and have about anything she likes in there—yes, her room is a much smaller, more limited Room of Requirement…
I could feel people judging me from all over the multiverse, but hey, she was the daughter of Harry Potter, and you bet your ass she's going to have anything she wants.
"You know it has been more than twenty minutes since you asked, right? That means you took more than the fifteen minutes we agreed upon." Of course I was bluffing; I wanted to go too, but she didn't need to know that.
"Daddy, please, don't act like you don't want to go. It's only cute when I do it," my daughter replied without even looking at me, too busy trying on different dresses in front of the mirror.
This is my fault too. I was the one who infused her being with null energy; that means I get to be the one to deal with a three-year-old that looks like she's seven and has the mentality of a prepubescent child.
Her growth started accelerating when she was about six months old, when her body, soul, mind, and magic reached a state of perfect balance.
I admit I might have freaked out for a bit—all internally, I assure you—and started scanning her for any and everything again. Yeah, those were a hectic few hours. Still, she wasn't a reincarnation, so that was a relief. I did not want to raise one of those; I was too young to bother correcting their mentality.
So I started to teach her about everything. I still am, but yeah, I began teaching her very early and she picked up almost everything I taught her, so I was happy. Kunou—Yasaka's daughter—too started playing with her more as she grew up, and now my daughter usually joins her in her training too.
It's good that she has friends, and I am not jealous or anything—not at all…
Then there's Asia Potter, my adopted sister. She was one of the first people I let live with me other than my daughter; she's kind of her big sister/auntie now. Elizabeth loved her, and Asia too adored her back.
'Taking her from the church was totally worth it', I thought, remembering how ever-present she was in Elizabeth's life ever since she arrived here. The only time she's not with Elizabeth is when she's training with Sairaorg's peerage or when she's studying by herself.
Yeah, I got her at a bargain price. Plus, the looks on the angels' faces when she ascends to take their father's throne are going to be so worth it.
Asia was the new YHWH in training. I learned of her existence when I started to actually search for someone to take YHWH's place. It took me a lot of effort to find her—the search itself was not easy—did you know that there were only three people who had the most unlikely percentage of not screwing this whole thing up? Yeah, and Asia was the one with the least odds of ruining this whole thing.
The requirements for the search were not even that high. I wanted someone who was inherently kind, had some talent and affinity towards light and holy elements, had the least chance of power getting into their head, and generally stuff like that.
Asia was one of the most likely to succeed, plus she was a woman and I really wanted to see the looks on those old higher-ups of the Vatican when they find this out…
I started investigating her soon after I found out about her and discovered that she was one of the few nuns in training to become a 'saintess' of all things.
She didn't have the best environment to grow up in, but she was an inherently kind soul and she tried to be kinder. That last bit may have had something to do with the fact that she was raised under the screwed teachings of the church, but in the end, it was a good thing.
Still, getting my hands on her wasn't an easy endeavor, and re-educating her was an even more challenging path, but I like to believe that I did her some good.
I taught her about everything I thought she needed to know about the supernatural world, which was as much as I knew… I trained her, tried to beat the naïveté out of her, but that was still a work in progress. Then…
"Daddy! How do I look?" Elizabeth asked as she twirled in her dress.
She decided to wear a light pink, flowery summer dress with white stockings and white shoes, along with a white summer hat that had a pink ribbon on it.
Now, did she really need more than twenty minutes to decide that? And if she did, then why the hell did she put all those clothes on the bed??
Sigh. You know what, I won't question it.
"You look beautiful, sweetheart. Now, are you ready yet or do you need anything else?" I asked, trying not to judge the state of the room only because I knew everything is going to be back in place as soon as we are out.
"Hmmm. No, nothing else. Now let's goooo!!"
Girl, you're the one that… ignore it Harry, ignore it…
"Ok. Just let me call your sisters and ask them if they too want to come with us."
We started walking out of her room and into the living room while I took my phone out of my pocket and started dialing Asia's number. I pressed the call button and waited for a few seconds until;
"Hello?" Asia's voice came from the other side.
"Hey Asia. How's your training going?" I asked.
"Oh, hey Harry. It's going really well. Me and Kuisha are about to have a duel in a few minutes."
"Oho, good. Try to win this one though, ok?" I teased, knowing full well that she most likely won't. Kuisha was already on the cusp of being an ultimate-class devil while Asia was at the beginning of a high-class human.
"Err, um, okay." Came her timid reply.
That's still something I couldn't beat out of her: her ability to revert to her timid self when I ask her to do something.
"I am just kidding. Try your best though, ok?"
"Oh, yeah, okay." And now it's awkward…
"Anyway, I called to tell you that I am taking Elizabeth to Kyoto and wanted to know if you wanted to come. Valerie is in the underworld with her friend so she most probably won't be coming."
"Oh, no. I don't think I will have the time today. We have a girls' night out after the spar, so…" she trailed off at the end there. Was she asking for permission?
"Hmm, ok then. Stay safe and be home before midnight," I instructed. She was my responsibility, so I kind of have to…
"Sure. We were going to sleep here after, but ok."
"Oh, it's okay if you want to spend the night with your friends. I was just telling you not to stay out late," I said, correcting my previous statement.
"Oh, that's good then. Kuisha is ready so…Talk to you later. Bye." And she hung up… I don't know if I should be annoyed or proud.
Okay… I don't know about you, but I smell something fishy about this whole thing. I'll check on her later just to make sure. It's not like anything can happen to her, not with the amount of protection I have placed on her.
"Asia won't be coming with us, that leaves Valerie who's in the underworld right now with that effeminate friend of hers, so let's just go…"

[Asia Potter—formerly Asia Argento]
Asia put down her phone and sighed in relief. She had caught her moment of timidity fast but was too late to correct it, so she kind of had to finish the call as soon as possible. She knew Harry didn't like it when she acted like a timid, agreeable fool, but it was hard for her not to be—especially with him.
It was a side effect of growing up in a church under the strict instructions of nuns and priests.
She shook her head and stood up, heading back towards the arena. Kuisha was already there talking with Rugulus—the referee—so they'll start the duel as soon as she steps inside the arena.
She took a deep breath as she activated her thought acceleration—this technique was one of the first things that Harry taught her, along with all kinds of mind defense magic.
Mind techniques were all very important and useful but this one was an especially useful thing to know when studying and practicing magic, which save her a lot of time—time that she spent playing with Elizabeth.
A defensive golden green magic circle appeared in front of her as soon as she stepped foot inside the arena, tanking three baseball-sized fireballs.
"Kuisha-chan. That's not nice. You should wait for Rugulus to announce the beginning of the duel," she teased her friend, making Kuisha throw her an exasperated look.
"Sigh~ Asia-chan, I am just reinforcing your beloved Harry-sama's philosophy of constant vigilance." Hearing her friend's teasing tone, she felt herself blushing a storm.
'Yeah, that was not helping her case.'
She had tried—multiple times—to correct the misunderstanding that she did not like Harry that way, but her body betrayed her every time. She just liked him as a brother. Yes. As a brother.
A very handsome, strong, and overprotective brother who she wouldn't mind if he asked her to be his girlfriend—no, no Asia, control yourself, you're the next god, you should be better…
Her body reacted before her mind and she dodged a lightning spell, which thankfully brought her focus back. Now's not the time to think about that. She had a duel to try and win.
The duel went as expected; she lost. Badly. Winning against someone who's more than ten times stronger than you, and has a cheat power that lets her send your spells back at you, is a very hard thing to do.
Laying back on the floor, going through the breathing exercises that Harry taught her, she collected herself pretty quickly. Sitting back up, she came face to face with a smiling Kuisha. "You did a great job today. I guess that last phone call motivated you more than usual, huh," her friend said playfully.
She'd like to say that she didn't blush, but that would be lying and she didn't like lying. Harry taught her that a god doesn't need to lie to himself to spare his pride. A god needs to do better so that he didn't have to lie to himself in the first place.
"Ugh, please stop teasing me and help me back up. I need to take a shower now that I am all sweaty," she puffed her cheeks and extended her arms, which Kuisha took and pulled her up.
"Yeah, let's go. We have a lot of things to do today," her friend said as she led her to the showers.
Yeah, they were going to hunt stray devils and exorcists today, weren't they?
'Should I have asked Harry's permission for this,' she thought before quickly shaking her head as if trying to physically remove said thought.
—remember Asia, you're going to become a god. The same god that you worshiped since you were able to formulate a thought. That means you have to learn how to think for yourself, make decisions by yourself, and own up to the consequences that follow— Harry once told her. So yeah, she's not going to ask for his permission; she decided and so she'll own up to her decision and the consequences that follow.
She's going to show him that he didn't need to worry about her; she'll be the best version of herself—be that human or a god—because then and only then is she going to have the ability to stand beside him. Only then she'd be mature enough for him to take notice of her…
