My Dear Director,
They say Congressman Kelly was stupid to take $25,000 from strangers, in a strange home, and should be fired from Congress from just being dumb, not crooked.
Now, what about the F.B.I.? They rent a building for ABSCAM. Did they change all the locks to keep someone like the thieving L.I. Newsday from getting into the basement to take pictures of all that sophisticated equipment, or is the F.B.I. loaded with double-crossing employees willing to sell you out for a price?
