Hiruzen left to discuss the exact plan, and I stood in my place, looking toward the Nine-Tails, whose healing was almost complete. At the very least, it had already stabilized and was now able to properly heal the massive wound that I had inflicted upon it. Then I heard a voice in my ears from the Nine-Tails: "You will pay for this."
The voice was filled with clear anger and hatred, but I was not intimidated in the slightest. Instead, I simply smirked and said, "Well, come on."
As soon as I said this, the Nine-Tails swept its tails behind it, lashing them against the ground with tremendous force. The impact immediately destroyed multiple buildings around it, sending debris flying in every direction while the entire ground shook violently beneath my feet. Without giving me even a moment to relax, those massive tails moved at an incredible speed, all of them targeting me at once. As the enormous tails came toward me, I simply dodged. One swept past my side, another slammed down where I had been standing a moment ago, and another came from behind, only for me to move away just before it could hit. I didn't simply rely on my speed, either. With the tails moving around me in every direction, I used the surfaces of the incoming tails themselves as footholds, briefly stepping onto them and instantly changing my position. Each movement allowed me to avoid another attack while giving me an opportunity to move even faster.
For the time being, I could keep this up. Hiruzen was still making the plan, and judging by the fact that the attacks from the Nine-Tails had already started increasing in intensity, I knew we didn't have much time left. Then, finally, I noticed Hiruzen was no longer alone. Four ANBU ninjas had appeared beside him, along with a fat man.
He must be Torifu Akimichi.
It seemed that they were still discussing the exact details of the plan. I continued dodging the attacks from the Nine-Tails while keeping part of my attention on them, and after around thirty to forty seconds, Hiruzen's voice finally reached me: "We are ready. We can go ahead whenever you are ready."
After waiting for those words from Hiruzen, I didn't hesitate for even a moment. I landed onto the ground, firmly planting my feet beneath me, and channeled Armament Haki into all of my swords. Instantly, all three of my blades became black in color. The darkness spread along my wrists as well, while even the sword held between my teeth was completely covered in Armament Haki. I tightened my grip and began spinning at my location, using…

As soon as I finished using the move, a tornado immediately formed with me in the center. It was not an ordinary tornado, either; it was filled with countless sharp wind blades combined with the edges of my steel swords, all of them empowered by Armament Haki. The resulting tornado surrounded me from every direction, protecting me a full 360 degrees. The moment the Nine-Tails' massive tails entered that area, they were immediately struck. The tails rushing toward me were suddenly met with countless cuts, each one sliced multiple times as the force of the spinning attack pushed them back. Rather than injuring me, the Nine-Tails was now receiving injuries across its tails. The effect was immediate as the Nine-Tails instantly retrieved its tails, pulling every single one away from me and back toward its body.
As all the tails retreated toward the backside of the Nine-Tails, I stopped spinning and stood there calmly, looking toward the beast. It had now fully healed. The massive wound that I had inflicted earlier, stretching from its left shoulder down toward its stomach, had completely disappeared. Looking at it now, it was almost as if I had never cut it in the first place.
Tch. Just as expected.
Now that all the tails that had been attacking me were gone, I finally saw Hiruzen coming toward me, followed by Torifu and the four ANBU ninjas. Hiruzen did not waste any time. Pointing toward Torifu, he said, "Well, this is Torifu Akimichi. He will be the one to throw you so that you can cut the Nine-Tails into two parts." He then pointed toward the Nine-Tails as he continued explaining the plan: "After you have separated the Nine-Tails into two parts, I will use my Adamantine Staff to push the upper half, the head half of the body of the Nine-Tails, away from here. What will remain here will be the hind-leg part of the Nine-Tails. This part will be sealed by these ANBU ninjas, while I will seal the head half of the Nine-Tails myself."
After hearing Hiruzen's plan, I instantly nodded and said, "Best plan."
There was no need to overthink it; this was the best plan we could come up with to counter the Nine-Tails and seal it away safely.
The Nine-Tails also looked toward us, and from its reaction, it clearly seemed to understand that we were planning something against it. Not only that, it was also able to feel the malice coming from us, directed entirely toward it. The Nine-Tails immediately became wary and did what it must. Without hesitation, the Nine-Tails opened its enormous mouth, and chakra immediately began gathering in front of it: a Tailed Beast Bomb. Seeing the speed and momentum at which the Nine-Tails was creating the attack, it was clear that it was preparing a peak Tailed Beast Bomb. If it succeeded in forming that attack, things would become very dangerous.
"No time to waste. Let's begin," I said immediately.
Without hesitation, Torifu made some hand seals, and instantly his body started growing. His entire figure rapidly expanded until he had become a giant around thirty to forty feet tall. As soon as he grew, he extended his palms outward, bringing one of them down toward me. Not wanting to waste even a second, I instantly jumped high and landed directly onto his palm. Torifu looked at me and said, "Well, I am going to throw you with my full strength, so beware." I simply nodded, already prepared for it.
To make my body more compact, almost like a ball, and allow myself to gain even more momentum from the throw, I crouched slightly. Torifu held me like a ball and pulled his arm backward. His entire body shifted as he prepared for the throw, while his leg also coiled back into a high lift, similar to how pitchers throw a ball in baseball.
And then:
Boom!
His leg slammed onto the ground, and with that explosive force, he threw me like a ball directly toward the Nine-Tails. The speed was tremendous. At the final moment, just when my body was about to separate completely from Torifu's palm, I pushed myself forward slightly, gaining further momentum as I straightened my body. The wind immediately rushed past the sides of my body, my skin wobbling slightly from the intense air pressure as I tore through it at high speed, but I didn't pay attention to any of that. My entire focus was solely on the Nine-Tails, specifically on the Tailed Beast Bomb that was rapidly taking shape in front of its mouth. The chakra was gathering at an alarming pace; I couldn't let it finish.
All three of my swords were already covered in Armament Haki. I had never removed the Armament Haki after using the Black Rope Dragon Twister, and now that same black coating remained firmly wrapped around my blades. I extended both my hands forward and positioned them at right angles from my wrists, keeping the swords perfectly aligned. Then, without hesitation, I started rotating them like the propeller of an airplane.
