*As the day comes, everything was oddly quiet in the morning. The quiet was not only because the preparations for the Finals which was practically a yearly festival had completed and it was 6 in the morning. The calm before the storm to say as 3 factions being the Holy Church, Demonic Worshipers and the Academy were on full already which tensed the whole environment for those who knew what kind of actions were going on in the background. Rowan who practically wanted this to happen to motivate the Academy to take acts from Session 2 in advance and it was finally time to off rail the whole story. Rowan was practically acting as a Hero and a master mind to set everything up with his knowledge about the game to set up the perfect ending for the world which didn't involve it's end literally. Will his plan was going quite flawless, there were quite a few struggles which he most likely had to take.
Rowan needed the Saintess's full support, he also need the Pope candidate named "Neo Evergreen" from the Holy Kingdom's royal bloodline to become the pope because he didn't see demons as direct threats giving his backstage and post game's end were his death was while trying to stop the world's end while doing his best to make the races focus on the Demon Lord and not the demons as a whole. Then was to make the Third Royal Prince, the Emperor as he was the only one from the Emperor's bloodline who didn't fully trust the hero and was also assassinated at an unknown time as by end game he was no where be seen. Among all only the Third Prince was missing during the whole ending and the after game records state he was dead*
If things go according to planning then there should be an attack during the main combat evaluation inside the stadium. High chances that the demon worshippers would use Chaos Gems to make the monsters go crazy during the evaluation and chaos will fill the stadium. In season 2, it happened at the Hero's evaluation and we had to defeat the raging monsters. Unlike the game because I am doing this early and the hero wouldn't die so easily, I have to focus on helping the civilians escape and empty the stadium, while the Hero and the Academy's Professors hold the monsters back or kill them. Everything needs to be done before the Holy Church shows up because they would try to keep everyone in place which can lead to the demon worshippers planting bombs and casualties. Even if casualties are needed for the Academy to become even more active, unnecessary casualties should be avoided.
*Rowan mean while was also trying to understand his Void Magic better as he setted the ground planning for the Gods downfall for ruining his peaceful second life. As Rowan had expected, the demon worshippers had entered as monster tamers, helpers and civilians while also setting up explosive crystals in the ground of the biggest garden as well as the mentioned forest inside the academy. The academy being right next to the capital in place pf being inside the capital gave them a lot of working space, which also involved a whole section of the near by forest for Elves who also came to the academy. Spirit magic professors, most archery professors and some magic professors were elves or half elves. There was also a whole mine for professors of blacksmithing and mana crystal studies mostly done by dwarves and half dwarves. Other races were present in the academy, but were either of subjects no one except their race picks or were in a forgotten corner of their facility. Not like they could complain as they were in human territory and most students were arrogant nobels who didn't deserve or just didn't care of such subjects. There were rare cases and among them was "Obiron Bloodflame", a Viscort's son from the South and someone gifted for spirit magic. He later took the Elven Kingdom's side after finding out the Empire's rotten structure of power. Also, his Master and one of the most talented Spirit Magic user professor from Elven origin lost his life during the Season 2 during the explosion. Rowan both had to get everyone out of the academy, fouling the demon worshippers plans while also making the academy question itself and make it more active then it was being.
The clock ticked, the Final Exam's timing approached, more and more people started flooding in. From influential merchants to great nobel and even common folk were present there. Each seating was class based as still it was a more nobel influenced academy of the Empire. As soon as low level monsters were released for testing the students with academy professors overlooking the situation, everything was going quite smoothly. Rowan was in the waiting room of the stadium, looking thought the Magic Screens made from the combination of different magics to show the exam taking place to the students in waiting acting somewhat similar to a Television screen. Most of the new students still left were either excited for the exam or nervous as hell, with some exceptions among which Rowan's group was in, dead serious. He could feel something going wrong because everything was going extremely smoothly. Even after his own turn and the monsters being oddly weak and kind of pointless to fight against, he couldn't remove the odd feeling in the head. It was the hero's turn and that also kind of went fine which was odd because everything was in place so the demon worshippers should have attacked already but nothing.
As he was thinking about what went wrong, the sound of an explosion sent the whole crowd into chaos. Oddly enough the sound didn't come from the forest inside the academy but the opposite side completely. The Grand Library, the Biggest Library in the Empire with more then millions of books was blazing. Rowan didn't predict this, this mush have been because the series of events were going off the tracks. It was good that were was a backup library underground in this kind of situation but the Chaos had already set everyone into complete panic. The reasons could have been that so individual from the demon worshippers would have died in the background during season 2 who probably was a leader to guess and because he wasn't dead by Rowan's action moving the event earlier, these were the consequences.
