Shindai inserted a thick stack of Ninjutsu cards into the duel disk.

Without even looking at the card he drew, Shindai slammed it directly into one of the slots on the duel disk.
[Water Release: Water Fang Bullet!]
A swirling mass of water formed, firing numerous high-pressure water needles toward Danzo.
While evading the lasers, Danzo performed hand seals.
[Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere!]
Danzo exhaled forcefully, launching accumulated chakra from his mouth like bullets. The water needles shattered, and many wind spheres flew toward Shindai.
"Fate favors my draw! Search! Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall!"
Without even glancing at the drawn card, Shindai placed it onto the duel disk.
An earthen wall rose up instantly, blocking Danzo's wind attacks.
Taking this opportunity, Danzo inhaled deeply.
[Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon!]
Danzo spat out a high-pressure air bullet. Kannazuki's laser couldn't block it and was struck directly, scattering into Iron Sand Body fragments.
"Hmph. You're still far too weak if you think you can destroy my creation!"
Kannazuki restored himself completely within several breaths.
"Activating auto-combat mode!"
Kannazuki's eyes glowing, he charged at Danzo and engaged him in close combat.
"My turn—draw phase!"

The chirping sound of birds rang out as a lightning spear rushed rapidly toward Danzo.
Although Danzo dodged with a Shunshin movement, he was still scratched by Kannazuki's Iron Sand spikes.
Frowning slightly, Danzo glanced at Shindai.
Though he had heard rumors about Shindai's research before, Danzo had never taken it seriously, thinking it just a toy—but now it seemed otherwise.
The ability displayed by Kannazuki was definitely on par with that of a Jonin. Even more troubling was the fact that even if he destroyed Kannazuki, he would quickly regenerate.
Combined with all these Ninjutsu techniques from the cards, Danzo felt increasingly troubled.
"Draw!"
Looking at the Ninjutsu card he had drawn, Shindai smirked slightly. "Ah~ So this is Izumo's technique."

A large amount of sticky syrup appeared, spreading across the battlefield.
While engaging Danzo in close-range combat, Kannazuki casually launched a projectile missile.
The missile exploded. Danzo dodged backward with Shunshin but found himself stuck upon landing, frowning as he looked down at the ground.
His feet were trapped in the syrupy liquid, its strong viscosity immobilizing him completely.
It was one of Izumo Kamizuki's fundamental Ninjutsu techniques—nothing advanced at all. Yet for a ninja of Danzo's caliber to be caught in it proved its surprising effectiveness.

Shindai released lightning into the ground, causing a violent explosion at Danzo's location.
Shindai glared intensely toward where Danzo stood.
The combined attack from Shindai and Kannazuki should have left Danzo no opportunity to escape.
So... is he dead?

Multiple wind blades slashed toward Shindai.
Shindai quickly formed hand seals and raised his hand.

An iron sand wall erupted from Shindai's left side, blocking the incoming wind blades.
Frowning, Shindai stared at Danzo.
That shouldn't be possible. Danzo should have had no chance to escape...

Danzo was struck by the Scorch Release fireball and instantly turned into a desiccated corpse.
However, the corpse quickly disappeared as Danzo abruptly reappeared behind Shindai.

With his right arm, Danzo rapidly created a large tree covered in wooden spears. Caught completely off guard, Shindai couldn't dodge or defend in time—his left shoulder pierced by a spike, pinning him against the tree.
Danzo pulled out a kunai.

He infused the kunai in his hand with Wind Chakra, forming a sharp blade that he swung toward Shindai.
Seeing Shindai in danger, Pakura and Hikaku Uchiha's eyes flared with rage.

Pakura fired off a barrage of scorching fireballs, hurling them nonstop at Danzo.
Instantly, Danzo abandoned attacking Shindai and began dodging.

Hikaku Uchiha activated the second form of Susanoo. The long sword in Susanoo's hand slashed downward at the spot where Danzo landed.
Danzo was forced to use Izanagi again.

Danzo summoned Momaku, which opened its mouth to devour everything in its path using Wind Release.
At the same time, Danzo performed a body flicker move behind Hikaku Uchiha's Susanoo.

Danzō had intended to catch them off guard. He planned to temporarily blind all three with Flash Bombs to seize Hikaku's Mangekyo Sharingan — but his plan was foiled by Shindai.
Danzō assessed the current situation — seizing Hikaku's Mangekyo Sharingan was no longer feasible. Many of his subordinates were already dead. Eliminating Minato Namikaze was now the priority.
Danzō commanded, "Abandon the current objective. Proceed with the alternative plan!"
Clutching his left shoulder — still wrapped in bandages provided by Pakura and throbbing painfully — Shindai snarled in anger, "Trying to escape? Not that simple!"
Frustration surged within Shindai. Izanagi could erase any unfavorable events within a certain timeframe, turning only beneficial occurrences into reality — such a jutsu was utterly unfair!
[Magnet Release!...]
Shindai had planned to launch a magnetic field attack against Danzō, but suddenly four figures appeared on the battlefield.
Shindai grimly observed the four unexpected newcomers — Asura Path, Human Path, Preta Path, and Naraka Path — four of the Six Paths.
So not only Deva Path appeared, but have all five other Paths shown up as well? What about Animal Path? Did he follow Deva Path to destroy Konoha?
