Raikage A's body crackled with electricity as he glared at Shindai. "Damn Konoha ninja! I'll kill you!"
A cold shiver ran down Shindai's spine. He knew he stood no chance against Raikage A, let alone with B by his side too.
Shindai pulled out a scroll, unrolled it, and performed a summoning technique that produced a large disc. This device was one of Shindai's research achievements in Ninja-Ware.
After pressing a button on the disc, he hurled it forward.
Once activated, the disc began deploying jutsu from the embedded jutsu scrolls while Shindai immediately turned and flew away.
As Raikage A prepared to give chase, B stopped him. "Aniki, Kumogakure needs your command. Let me hunt him down."
Raikage A barely restrained his urge to charge after Shindai himself and warned B, "Be careful!"
"I know."
B dashed off in pursuit of Shindai.
"Woah! How fast is he?!"
Shindai noticed B rapidly closing the gap along the ground, hurling kunai infused with Lightning Release chakra that enhanced their sharpness and penetration.
With no cover in the sky, Shindai became a sitting duck. Forced downward, he maneuvered through the woodland, using trees for cover until he successfully linked up with Pakura and Hikaku Uchiha.
"Quick, retreat! The Eight-Tails jinchuriki B is chasing us!"
Pakura and Hikaku Uchiha glanced over their shoulders. "We won't make it. His speed is just too high."
Shindai turned his head and saw B had already caught up.
"You bastard! You idiot! Today, I—Master B—will wipe you all out!"
Shindai pursed his lips and said bluntly, "Man, you're seriously embarrassing yourself. If you can't rap, just don't."
B growled angrily, "What did you say? Bastard!"
Shindai mocked, "I said you're embarrassing yourself. If you can't rap, don't try. And why so angry? It was your brother Aniki—yes, that hot-headed Raikage—who declared war on Konoha. Your Kumogakure engages in such despicable, underhanded schemes, gets caught red-handed, yet dares deny everything so self-assuredly. How dare you!"
Realizing only B was chasing him, Shindai suddenly straightened his back defiantly.
If Raikage A had come too, that would indeed be problematic.
But facing just B alone—though still troublesome, since he was a perfect jinchuriki—it wasn't an impossible problem to handle.
He still had Pakura and Hikaku Uchiha backing him up!
B's expression darkened from being taunted. Regarding certain decisions made by his village, he didn't know much—he'd always focused solely on training, getting stronger, and mastering the Eight-Tails' power.
However, the Byakugan of Konoha was indeed tempting. B could understand why his Aniki, Raikage A, would do this.
If it succeeded, he could still say something like "the winner becomes king and the loser becomes bandit." But if it failed, there was nothing more to say. He couldn't possibly start badmouthing his own village along with Shindai.

Just as B was about to charge forward, he found both his legs bound. Looking down, he saw a layer of Iron Sand covering his feet.
While mocking B earlier, Shindai had already begun resorting to underhanded tactics, covertly shifting some Iron Sand beneath B's feet and slowly spreading it up to encase both his legs.
"Hey, you're the real idiot!"

Shindai felt his scalp crawling with dread—the most troublesome guy had finally arrived.
Shindai and Pakura simultaneously turned their gazes toward Hikaku Uchiha.
Hikaku Uchiha stepped forward one step, and Raikage A's line of sight involuntarily locked onto him.
[Tsukuyomi!]
Hikaku Uchiha used Tsukuyomi to forcibly drag Raikage A's spirit into the Genjutsu dimension. To Shindai and the others, it seemed like only an instant had passed, but within that illusion, Raikage A experienced seventy-two hours of torment.
