Later that day, even though it was still dawn, the knight informed Sir Simon about the cure.
Sir Simon waited outside Robert's Magic Academy.
Soon, he saw Jin walking toward him.
Jin said, "The cure is ready. We'll take care of your wife from here. I'll update you later."
Simon asked, "Can I at least come in?"
Jin shook his head and replied, "The academy doesn't allow outsiders unless it's an emergency."
All Simon could do was nod and watch as his unconscious wife was carried inside. He placed his full trust in the noble student. It's not like he had any other choice.
Jin proceeded to bring her to the academy's clinic.
Professor Linda had arrived early as well.
She muttered, "Pink rose pigment on her skin… and she's barely alive."
She motioned for the priest to use divine healing, but it didn't work.
Professor Linda frowned and said, "This truly is the Rose of Death."
Jin replied, "It's not contagious, at least."
