On Island 71 of the Sabaody Archipelago, in a villa room.
Ow~! Ow~!
A highly emotional gray Husky wolf opened its mouth, lolled its tongue, and pressed a snow-white female wolf beneath it.
Uh-huh!
Sephiroth, dressed in a black suit and a white half-mask, cut through the void with a thin red line, emerging from a spatial door with his long blade. The sudden presence of a man in the room froze both wolves. After the Husky saw who the visitor was, it glared at him with resentment.
"Ho! Excuse me... You two, carry on!" Sephiroth reached out and scratched his head, an awkward look on his face. He quickly left the room and entered the study on the second floor, where he met Gild Tesoro and Stella.
"Boss!" x2
Both rose from the sofa and bowed slightly towards Sephiroth, who also nodded "Hmm!" in response.
"Any news on Moria?" Sephiroth sat on the single sofa, picked up a teapot, and poured a steaming cup of black tea.
"Yes." Gild Tesoro nodded and handed over a document bag containing two photos, a map, and some papers.
Sephiroth opened the document bag and glanced at its contents. There were two photos, one a profile of Moria and the other of Moria's back in the darkness controlling zombies digging graves.
Gild Tesoro explained to him, "Recently, there have been many well-known incidents of powerful individuals' graves being dug up in the West Blue. The Underworld there, through these clues, found traces of Moria. Therefore, I asked them to help me search for other more famous strong people's graves as possible future locations for Moria."
Sephiroth looked at the estimated locations marked on the map, and the smile on his face widened, "Not bad! ... Very good! ... It seems I'll have to take a long vacation and make time to go to the West Blue. Tesoro, can you help me prepare contact information for the West Blue Underworld so I can find Moria?"
"Okay!"
West Blue, Ilusia Kingdom, Waldry City.
A wide street with people passing by, in front of a bakery.
"Get out of here! Don't come in, I don't serve your business!" A baker in a white chef's uniform held a rolling pin in his hand and shooed away a teenage girl.
The teenage girl, with black shoulder-length hair and wheat-colored skin, wore a long purple dress that looked as if it had seen better days, with several patches on it, shabby shoes on her feet, and a hole on her left foot, revealing her little toe. Passersby on the street saw the girl being treated this way, and driven by curiosity, they all watched.
"I have money... Could you give me a piece of bread?" The brunette pursed her lips, and she raised her right hand and spread her palm, holding two Beli coins of a hundred denomination. That was all the money she had. All she wanted now was a bakery owner who could give her one or two loaves of bread to fill her already hungry stomach.
"No matter how much money you have, I can't sell you anything... Nico Robin, Devil Child! ... Get out of here!"
As soon as these words came out, all the onlookers were instantly shocked and began to whisper.
"Ah! She's the same criminal who sank six warships four years ago!"
"I heard her bounty is 79 million Beli...."
Nico Robin listened to the people around her talking. Based on past experience, she knew that if she continued to stay here, someone would surely inform the World Government and come to capture her! Therefore, the black-haired girl could only quickly turn around, push past the gradually approaching people, run into an alley, and begin to crouch in the alley in an attempt to shake off any trackers behind her.
After running for a while, Nico Robin was in an alley. Then she used her Hana Hana no Mi ability and looked around. She was relieved after confirming that no one was following and slumped to the ground with her back against the wall.
Gululu~!
As soon as she emerged from her nervous state, a strong hunger pang emerged from her stomach again. Nico Robin wanted to cry, but she forced herself to make a strange laugh, "Dile hee hee hee!"
Laughing, tears flowed from her eyes.
Uh-huh!
A thin red line cut through the void, and with a burst of spatial folding ripples, a spatial door appeared in front of Nico Robin. On the other side of the door was a young man holding a long blade, wearing a black leather jacket and flowing silver hair, with a somewhat enchanting face, who calmly observed the brunette.
"I have something to eat here... Do you want to come and eat?" Sephiroth turned slightly sideways and showed her the hotel suite behind him with a sea view, as well as a dining table filled with food, in the girl's eyes.
In an instant, Nico Robin's gaze was captivated by the toast, milk, steak, and cakes. A strong hunger urged her to rush forward, but the little common sense she had left only told her that... The silver-haired youth had appeared very strangely, and since the other party had never known her before, there was no reason to help her at all!
Sephiroth was not in a hurry, nor did he say much, and calmly gazed at Nico Robin, leaving the choice to the girl. If Nico Robin refused, or turned away, he would choose to close the door as well, as if none of this had ever happened.
When the "most fundamental survival needs cannot be met, human sanity will become incredibly fragile." The intense hunger finally overcame common sense!
Sephiroth didn't wait long before Nico Robin stood up and slowly walked to the spatial door, into the suite with the sea view, and to the dining table full of food. She cautiously picked up a piece of toast from the table and ate it in small bites.
Sephiroth took his blade and put it back into its sheath, then sat down in a chair at the table. He first picked up a glass milk jug, poured a glass of milk, and placed it in front of the girl, before he took a knife and fork, and leisurely cut a steak.
"Sit down and eat! If you want to eat something, help yourself."
"Thank you!"
Nico Robin looked at the silver-haired youth in front of her, then carefully sat down, picked up the cup, took a sip of milk, and continued to bite into the toast.
The steak that Sephiroth had cut, with its plate, was placed in front of the girl.
"Eat!"
"Why are you helping me? Giving me something to eat?" Nico Robin looked at the food in front of her and then at Sephiroth on the opposite side, who was eating a chocolate cake with a fork. She was moved and couldn't help but feel bewildered.
"Coincidentally, I saw a stray cat. Since I'm in a good mood, I'll just lend a hand."
"But I'm a wanted criminal with a bounty of 79 million Beli...." Nico Robin, with her head bowed and a cup of milk in her hand, seemed to be thinking about something.
Hearing this, Sephiroth narrowed his eyes slightly, and a malicious smile appeared at the corner of his mouth, "Oh!? Really? I occasionally moonlight as a Bounty Hunter, and the desire for criminals offering bounties of over 100 million has led me to kill quite a few people."
Crash!
The glass with milk fell onto the carpeted room floor, and white milk spilled all over the floor.
