Generally speaking, on the information side, there exists a triangular relationship where Artificial Intelligence looks down on Cyber Hackers, Hackers scorn Neural Editors, and Neural Editors, in turn, despise Artificial Intelligence.
The reason is simple. The profession of Neural Editors is often employed by large corporations, so they can manipulate Artificial Intelligence through corporate permissions. No matter how Advanced an AI is, once the permissions are granted, it can be manipulated.
Hackers disdain Neural Editors because they look down on these 'Cyber Coders', seeing them as 'corporate lapdogs', 'big company slaves', 'betrayers of the Free Realm'.
Moreover, Hacker skills are often very targeted at corporations, allowing them to come and go freely, leaving Neural Editors with nothing but a suave back— and a messed-up database.
