Its arrogant demeanor ended abruptly when a giant foot descended from the sky, crushing its mate, a female crab, to death.
The metal crab dared not be arrogant anymore; it swung its pincers and started scuttling around, trying to escape this dangerous place. However, giant feet kept descending from the sky, no matter which direction it crawled, a foot would drop down.
Not knowing how long it crawled, it eventually couldn't move anymore, its pincers twisted, it toppled over on the ground, exhausted and bubbling.
Then, a hand reached down and scooped it up.
