As long as the beings are relatively normal and live on this planet, they can be considered as potential followers.
Because this is the Bizarre Realm, complete normalcy can't be expected, at least they should appear normal.
Shawn records his thoughts on the Secret Technique Seal; all of this seems a bit beyond him because Divine Terra is not a traditional Divine Spirit. It's more akin to the concept of a 'Planet Spirit.'

He can only 'upload' his thoughts through the abilities of the Mind Path, unable to directly receive a Divine Spirit's 'divine revelation' like a chosen one in the Otherworld.
