"Why isn't this guy answering the phone!"
After dialing three times without anyone answering, Hua Ling couldn't help but say anxiously.
Xiao Feng calmly said, "Mr. Xiao Feng mentioned that there's only one sentence you need to hear to prove I'm telling the truth."
"What sentence?"
Xiao Feng beckoned with his hand, signaling for her to come closer.
Hua Ling expressed dissatisfaction, "Can't you just say it straight out?"
She wasn't worried about danger; she simply felt a natural reluctance.
"Alright, it's not a big deal anyway," Xiao Feng nodded and agreed.
But just as he was about to speak, Hua Ling stopped him, "Wait a sec!"
She said this while pulling a notebook with a clasp from her pocket, tearing out a page after opening it, and handing it along with a pen over: "Just write it on paper and show me."
In Hua Ling's mind, since the middle-aged man didn't say it directly, chances were high it was a somewhat private matter.
