In the early morning of January 25th Beijing time, Real Madrid officially announced two major news items.
One is that the club and Chen Zhong have reached an agreement, and Chen Zhong will sign a new contract with the team to ensure his "leadership" position within the team.
The other is that Manchester City forward Adebayor will join on loan, with Real Madrid having the option to purchase him after the loan period expires.
Adebayor will travel to Madrid for a medical examination this Wednesday (January 27th), though Real Madrid hasn't disclosed details of the contract. Subsequently, Manchester City also issued an official statement confirming the imminent transfer of the young Magic Beast.
If time allows, the young Magic Beast will have the opportunity to play in Real Madrid's match against Osasuna at the end of January.
