Throughout the journey, Su Ziyu kept his eyes closed, pretending to sleep.
Pasha was focused on driving, occasionally turning her head to glance at Su Ziyu, then at the data disk placed beside her.
The woman called Zoe sat in the back, and it wasn't clear if that was her real name. She kept fiddling with the silver-white metal arm she'd brought from the lab, occasionally stealing a glance at Su Ziyu.
"Are we heading back to Polaris?" Zoe cautiously looked at Su Ziyu and said, "It might not be safe there anymore."
Upon hearing this, Pasha's hand trembled slightly while driving, her gaze still fixed ahead, but her eyes involuntarily wanted to dart towards Su Ziyu.
Su Ziyu turned his head to glance at her, and retorted, "Do you have anywhere else to go?"
"I know a place that's very safe. There..." Zoe began to say something.
But Su Ziyu suddenly interrupted her words, slowly saying, "Very well. Stop at the next intersection and let her get out."
Zoe abruptly fell silent.
