Someone beside him reminded Secretary Liu, "He just arrived not long ago; he used to operate in Europe."
Secretary Liu snorted, "Is being in Europe something great? Wherever you are, you need to understand local rules!"
Evan Stetford cleared his throat softly at this point, saying, "State your business."
Secretary Liu quickly changed his tone, "You say someone bribed you, where's the evidence?"
