Lawrence Winters smiled and nodded, "The big lobster I had for lunch hasn't digested yet."
"There won't be many dishes you like for this meal," Evan Stetford apologized a bit. "Tonight, it's probably going to be Western cuisine because Betty loves it."
"No worries, as long as it's delicious, I'll gladly eat it," Lawrence Winters nodded with a grin, watching Evan Stetford leave.
She walked around the room once, then closed the door and started packing her suitcase.

Dinner turned out to be Western cuisine indeed.
But it was prepared by a foreign chef, the flavors were very authentic.
Lawrence Winters was particularly interested in the veal steak.
It was cooked all the way through, yet it remained very tender.
Unlike usual Western cuisine, where the rarer the steak, the more tender it should be.
Once it's well-done, it usually feels dry, unlike medium rare where the meat inside still has some blood strands.
