As the number of native disciples at the Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall exceeded twenty million, the city's size has continued to expand, its area now several times larger than surrounding cities, making it the largest city in the Mist Mountain Region, second only to Mist Mountain Domain City.
The permanent population alone has surpassed sixty million, and within the city, the weakest are intermediate apprentices, with most being martial artists. Bone Forger Realm martial artists are everywhere, and city lords of the Blood Coagulation Realm are a common sight.
In the hearts of everyone in the Mist Mountain Region, Red Moon City is deservedly the city of martial artists. Anyone with any pursuit of martial arts would come here to develop, unlike the previous domain cities, where only those who passed an assessment could enter. Red Moon City has no such restrictions; as long as you can live in Red Moon City, you can stay forever.
