"Alright." Lor closed the laboratory door, turned around, and walked into the apprentice line.
The third-level apprentices standing at the front hurriedly stepped back when they saw Lor approaching, creating an empty spot at the very front of the line.
Lor smiled and nodded at everyone, and without any hesitation, he walked directly to the vacant spot.
There was another person next to him, with a rather robust build; this must be Randolph, whom Kateya had mentioned to him before.
At the front of the line, Fley saw Lor joining and immediately continued leading everyone forward.
Randolph glanced at Lor but said nothing, only twitching his nose twice.
Meanwhile, Lor was busy dealing with the enthusiastic greetings from familiar faces behind him and didn't notice Randolph's small movement.
"Sir Lor, long time no see. I didn't expect that after visiting my place only once, you'd have your own laboratory," Lus said with a smile.
"Yes, long time no see." Lor smiled and nodded.
