However, this effect isn't significant for Epic Level Giants, at most making Herbert look favorable through their eyes.
Whether they truly obey commands still depends on their own hearts.
It won't be like some hypnosis items in certain adult videos, making them roll their eyes while raising their fingers in a peace sign.
As for the effect on Legendary Giant Dragons, and how all Demons with Giant Dragon Bloodline will react, that can only be concluded through personal experimentation.
The ability is decent, but for Herbert, this ability currently doesn't have much use.
I have no connections with the Dragon Royal Court, so why bother with this ability?
