Watching Xi Siyan interact with her parents so familiarly, Zhou Chengchen, although not sure what was going on, could at least sense that Xi Siyan must have had some contact with them while she was absent.
It was already dinner time, so after exchanging some pleasantries, they all sat down at the dining table.
Zhou Chengchen was to the left of Xi Siyan, with Zhou Qi on the right. She reached under the table and gave Xi Siyan a sharp pinch. Looking at him, he remained unperturbed, his face unchanged, not even a twitch of his eyebrow.
Zhou Chengchen became even more certain that he was doing it on purpose.
But they had just parted ways, and he hadn't let slip a single word.
In frustration, Zhou Chengchen increased the pressure in her hand and pinched Xi Siyan hard again, yet he still didn't flinch an inch, and instead, peeled a shrimp and placed it in her bowl.
Zhou Chengchen was at a loss for words. She knew he was calm, but not to this level, right?
