"Okay." Mia opened the lunch box and asked, "When are you and Jacob Green planning to get the marriage certificate?"
"We already got it this morning. Two staff members from the civil affairs bureau came to our house and recorded our application form and documents."
"So from today, you are a married woman."
Lucy said with a smile, "Who says I'm not?"
"Lucy, last night..." Mia couldn't help but tell her, "John Green came to the hospital to see me."
"What did he want from you?"
Mia recounted last night's events to her, leaving out an important detail.
But as someone with experience, Lucy picked up on the unusual aspect.
Lucy saw her blushing and couldn't help but laugh, "Looks like last night was wonderful."
