Charles was looking after his Lucy, so he took Sophie with him to lure people out.
Unexpectedly, the other side was quite patient, lying in ambush for so long before acting.
"Impatient." Charles frowned, "There was a small problem."
"What?" Kai casually asked, not worried at all with Charles around.
"Sophie got injured." Charles' brows furrowed tightly, and until now his heart still felt pangs of pain.
"What?" Kai exclaimed in surprise, turning his head to rush into the tent, "Sophie, you're hurt? Quick, let me see, where's the injury... uh..."
Kai stared blankly at Sophie, only to see her slightly raise her head, stretch out her hand, and point to the adhesive bandage on her neck.
"It's nothing, you just rest." Kai turned and walked out of the tent, gritting his teeth at Charles and growling in a low voice, "Is that what you call getting injured?"
