Watching the pair holding hands as they walked away, Fiona Grantham nearly grinded her teeth to bits.
"Sister Phoebe, don't mind him, my brother just has that kind of temper," Victor Bennett quickly explained.
Fiona took a deep breath, restored her graceful smile, and shook her head.
"I'm well aware of Mason's temper, I won't mind. Let's go, I wonder if Mr. and Mrs. Bennett will like the gifts I brought."
"They'll surely like them; you picked them out with care, all things my parents love," Victor chuckled.

"Oh, you little rascal Bella, it's been so long since you visited grandma."
Hearing that familiar voice, Bella didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
"Grandma, didn't I just have dinner with you not long ago?" The last time she came over for dinner wasn't that long ago, was it?
