As soon as he heard this, Samuel Green became furious and backhanded Mia Willis with a slap, not restraining his strength in a fit of rage.
Mia Willis staggered from the blow, and if Daniel Green hadn't supported her in time, she would have fallen to the ground.
"Dad!" Anna Green exclaimed in surprise, quickly stepping forward to shield Mia Willis, her eyes brimming with tears, "Dad, we're all upset about Bella, but you shouldn't blame Mom. She was unaware."
"Unaware?" Samuel Green laughed coldly, pointing at Mia Willis, speaking in a chilling tone, "Bella went to the hospital because of an almond allergy when she was little, almost didn't make it back from that. Don't you remember such a big thing? How dare you say you were unaware?"
"Yes, Bella grew up outside and doesn't understand a lot, bringing shame to the Green Family, but no matter what, she's your daughter!"
