"Alright! I'll arrange it right away!" Lin Bufan stayed at a nearby hotel. After speaking, he asked, "Miss Qingqing, could you send me some local specialties from there?"
Rong Qingqing agreed without much thought.
Lin Bufan, a bit excited, flattered her for a couple of lines before calling Old Meng.
Fifteen minutes later, Old Meng arrived at Rong Qingqing's apartment door with a medical kit, together with Lin Bufan.
He rang the doorbell, and after ten seconds or so, Shen Jue came out in a wheelchair to open the door.
Seeing the two outside the door, he asked, "Why are you both here so late?"
"Your wife said you have a lump on your head and asked me to come check," Old Meng waved the medical kit in his hand, "probably worried you're crippled in the head as well as the legs."
Lin Bufan couldn't hold back and secretly chuckled, shoulders shaking.
"Funny, is it?" Shen Jue's voice cut in ominously, "You're losing this month's bonus."
