Chapter 123 - Chapter 123: Lin Xuan Spoils Again, Shocking Master Roshi!

At this moment, Master Roshi finally understood what Lin Xuan had meant when he previously said, "The solution is to do nothing at all!"

It turned out… he really didn't need to do anything. King Piccolo had already been taken care of!

That meant Lin Xuan had known from the beginning how things would unfold, yet he still tricked Roshi into training him. He even promised that he'd reveal a way to defeat King Piccolo afterward!

And now?

Didn't that mean Roshi trained Lin Xuan for nothing—gained nothing—and was completely used?

Just thinking about it made Roshi furious.

While Tien Shinhan and the others looked on in confusion, Roshi couldn't care less.

Right now, all he wanted was to confront Lin Xuan and give him a serious talking-to.

Unfortunately, things weren't that simple.

Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju noticed Roshi's sudden reaction and couldn't help but ask curiously what was going on.

Roshi quickly told them the whole story—bit by bit—but the more he talked, the more upset he got!

In the end, all Madara could say was, "My condolences."

Hashirama followed up with: "Condolences +1."

Roshi: "…"

At a time like this, that's all they could say?! Not even a few more comforting words?

He seriously suspected that Madara was still getting revenge for being trolled repeatedly during his livestreams.

Back in the One Piece world, on Skypiea—

Lin Xuan had just asked Gan Fall to send someone to clean up the corpse left behind from Master Roshi's reanimation, before Conis returned home from her brief break.

Seeing the discussion in the chat group, Lin Xuan casually said:

"Old Turtle, hearing you say all this makes me so sad. I was actually planning to tell you something about King Piccolo's offspring. But now… I guess never mind."

Dragon Ball world, outside Kame House—

Master Roshi, who was just about to continue ranting at Lin Xuan, froze as soon as he saw that message.

"Piccolo's offspring?!"

Tien Shinhan asked, "What do you mean, Master Roshi? Piccolo had a child?!"

"It's nothing. You all do your thing. I'm going to my room to rest," Roshi said solemnly, then turned and entered his room.

His behavior made everyone exchange puzzled glances.

"Have you noticed? Master Roshi seems kind of strange after coming back to life," Yamcha muttered.

"Maybe dying once caused some weird aftereffects?" Puar guessed.

"That can't be… I just got resurrected too, and I feel fine," Krillin said, confused.

While they were whispering, Roshi had already gone into his room and began urgently messaging in the Super-Dimensional Chat Group.

Roshi: "Lin Xuan, what did you mean by Piccolo's offspring? What's going on?!"

Lin Xuan: "Hah. You really thought King Piccolo just died like that? Too naïve. That guy could literally reproduce on his own!"

Then, Lin Xuan uploaded a short video clip from his memory—an actual scene from the Dragon Ball anime.

Master Roshi clicked the video, and his eyes widened in shock.

In the clip, a small, green-skinned child who looked just like Piccolo was standing on the surface of the ocean.

He raised a hand—"Zzzap!"—and instantly electrocuted a giant fish out of the water, which flew into his arms.

A nearby boat saw the whole thing. The people onboard were stunned by the sight of this child, standing on water and fishing with his bare hands like some kind of god.

The green child coldly glanced at them.

Then—"Zzzap!"—he fired a powerful energy beam straight at the ship, blowing it to pieces!

BOOM!

Flames and smoke rose from the wreckage on the water.

The child, unfazed, turned around and took a big bite out of the fish in his hands.

The video ended there.

Roshi's eyes were still locked on that final frame, staring at the boy.

"This… this child… could he be…?"

The idea forming in his head was so shocking, he didn't dare say it aloud.

Lin Xuan: "Yep. That boy is Piccolo's child—his reincarnation. Let's just call him Piccolo Jr. Or maybe… just Piccolo would be more accurate."

Roshi: "Piccolo's child… Piccolo Jr.?"

Roshi muttered the name, then became serious again.

Roshi: "Lin Xuan, if you know about him, you must also know where he is now. Tell me!"

Lin Xuan shrugged.

Truthfully, how could he know where Piccolo Jr. was now? They were in different worlds entirely. The video was just a memory from the anime Dragon Ball. That version never specified Piccolo Jr.'s current location.

But of course, Lin Xuan wouldn't admit that. Instead, he spoke with righteous sarcasm:

Lin Xuan: "What, you want to kill a child? Wow… I didn't expect this from you, Old Turtle. Disappointed!"

Madara: "Didn't expect this from you! +1"

Hashirama: "Didn't expect this from you! +2"

Roshi twitched with irritation.

Roshi: "He's not just a child! He's King Piccolo's offspring! You all saw what he did—he's a massive threat to the world! If we don't take care of him early, he'll become another major crisis!"

Lin Xuan: "Regardless, a child is still a child. I won't let you commit such a sin! Besides, even if you wanted to, your world's 'God' wouldn't allow it."

Roshi: "God? Why wouldn't he allow it?"

Hashirama: "Wait, their world really has a god?"

Madara: "They've got literal dragon gods—having a god around doesn't seem surprising."

Roshi ignored them, pressing Lin Xuan for more answers.

Roshi: "Tell me! Why wouldn't God let me kill Piccolo Jr.?"

Lin Xuan just chuckled darkly. Then he dropped a bombshell:

"Because… your world's God and King Piccolo are, in a way, the same person!"

"WHAT?!"

Both Roshi, Madara, and Hashirama were stunned by the revelation.
