Far across the ocean, Skull Island stirred.

Aotuna sliced through the stratosphere, her 200-meter wings unfurling against the stars.

The speed tore the air apart around her, shockwaves booming in rapid succession.

Trails of aurora burst behind her, streaks of green and violet fire painting the night sky.

Within her chest, the atomic reactor pulsed like a beating heart, flooding her body with raw energy.

She was faster now—Mach 2 at her peak.

The humans noticed. They always noticed.

In Monarch's Tokyo outpost, alarms screamed as tracking satellites locked onto her silhouette.

Screens lit up with her massive form cutting across the Pacific.

"Target heading east," one analyst shouted.

"Designation."

Dr. Ichiro Serizawa, grim and quiet, leaned forward.

"She's going to Skull Island."

Another scientist, Vivian Graham, folded her arms tightly.

"King Kong is there. If Miraluz sent her… this isn't a coincidence. He's calling in allies."

Whispers spread through the command center.

Mutant dinosaurs, Kong... Humanity was not blind.

They saw the storm brewing, even if they could not stop it. But for now, all they could do was watch.

----------

On Skull Island, the ground rumbled.

Aotuna cut through the boiling thunderclouds above Skull Island like a violet blade.

Lightning danced across her scales, refracting into streaks of violet and indigo that illuminated the storm.

Her colossal wings spread wide, each beat cracking the sky with atomic thunder.

When she descended, the pitch-black night was torn apart by her radiance, her figure like a divine meteor striking the cursed land.

"ROOOOAAARRR!"

Her cry split the heavens, echoing across every cliff and jungle of Skull Island.

It was not merely a call but a declaration—

'I have arrived.'

Deep in a rocky gorge, King Kong stirred.

His heavy breath rattled the cave, his massive chest rising and falling with the rhythm of sleep.

Drool clung to his lips until the roar jolted him awake. His ears twitched.

A frown carved itself across his scarred face.

Another intruder.

With a growl, he wiped his mouth and lumbered toward the sound, fury burning behind his eyes.

Since Miraluz—the Dragon God—had commanded him to guard Skull Island, Kong had sworn no creature would trespass.

He would die before failing that order.

He climbed a ridge, his broad silhouette framed against the storm.

And there—before him—stood a vision he could barely comprehend.

A dragon, four wings stretched like a cathedral of light, scales blazing silver-violet, a living aurora tearing apart the night.

The radiance stabbed at his eyes, forcing him to squint.

He shielded his face with one massive hand and snarled.

Aotuna folded her wings slightly, dimming their glow so her voice could carry.

Her eyes, molten and sharp, locked onto him.

"Are you… King Kong?"

Her voice rippled through the air in Titan resonance, not words but frequencies older than humanity itself.

Kong stiffened.

This being knew him.

His fists clenched as he forced himself to meet her gaze.

"How do you know my name? Who are you?"

His chest rumbled, suspicion thick in his tone.

Aotuna tilted her head, studying him with mild amusement.

To her dragon-born eyes, Kong was… odd.

Powerful, yes.

Muscular, brutish, commanding. But compared to her kin, his form was ungainly, his fur coarse, his features primitive.

Ugly, in truth, she thought with a flick of her tail.

Yet there was a raw strength in him that intrigued her.

"My name is Aotuna," she replied, wings folding back as her glow dimmed to twilight shimmer.

"Sent by the Dragon God himself. My brother, Miraluz." Her chest swelled with pride as she spoke his name.

"He bids you come to Dragon Island, to stand before him once more."

The words shook Kong. His pupils widened.

Miraluz… the Dragon God.

Months had passed since they last spoke.

Kong had obeyed his command to guard this island faithfully, never once leaving its borders.

There had been nights when he wondered.

'Had the Dragon God forgotten me?'

But no. Now proof stood before him: a mighty emissary, radiant and terrifying.

Kong's heart thudded.

The promise Miraluz had made returned to him.

To lead him to his kin. To show him the greater world.

His lips parted in a low rumble of awe and gratitude.

Yet beneath it all, another feeling stirred—unease.

Aotuna's presence pressed upon him like a mountain.

Her aura was suffocating, her power palpable.

Could he even match her if it came to blows?

Aotuna's molten eyes narrowed, catching his hesitation.

Then, with a sudden glint, she spoke again, her tone sharpening into challenge.

"Before you leave," she rumbled, muscles tensing, "you will fight me."

Kong blinked. What?

Aotuna's eyes gleamed with hunger. She had grown restless since her ascension.

No dinosaur on Dragon Island could test her anymore, no beast could make her blood sing.

But Kong… Kong was different. Strong. Proud. A Titan.

She wanted to feel the clash.

"You and I, Kong," she hissed, wings lifting.

"Show me if you are worthy."

Kong's jaw slackened. He jabbed a finger at her, grunting in disbelief.

"Fight? Now? This—this is madness!"

But Aotunahad already leapt skyward, her wings unfurling like a storm breaking.

Her scales flared with atomic light, and beams of charged energy condensed along their surface.

In seconds, the night sky rained fire.

Pulses of light streaked downward like a thousand burning meteors.

Kong roared in shock, leaping aside as explosions ripped the jungle.

Trees shattered, ground scorched, waves of heat rolling across the cliffs.

He barely avoided a direct strike, tumbling down a slope before regaining his footing.

His chest heaved.

"Fine!" he snarled, pounding his fists against his chest.

"You want a fight? You'll get one!"

From the cliffs, Aotunadove.

Her wings cut the storm like blades as she swept low, claws extended.

Kong braced, catching her talons with both arms.

The impact thundered across the island, sending rocks crashing down slopes.

Kong's feet dug furrows in the dirt as he held her back, his muscles straining against her inhuman strength.

Aotuna's lips curled.

"Better than I thought."

She twisted, whipping her tail like a scythe.

It slammed against Kong's ribs, sending him staggering sideways.

He coughed blood, fury igniting in his eyes.

With a roar, he seized a massive tree trunk and swung it like a club.

The strike connected with Aotuna's jaw, snapping her head aside.

She reeled back, but instead of rage, laughter bubbled in her throat.

"Good!"

Kong pressed, swinging again, each blow like thunder cracking the night.

Aotuna dodged left, then right, her body weaving with unnatural speed.

With a powerful flap, she launched upward, letting his club splinter against the ground.

Then she dived, slamming into his chest with her shoulder.

The gorilla staggered but locked his arms around her neck in a grapple, dragging her down.

They rolled across the jungle floor, each trying to crush the other.

Trees snapped like twigs beneath their weight.

Aotuna hissed, atomic energy building in her throat, but Kong slammed his fist into her snout, forcing her to choke the blast back.

Their roars merged into a single monstrous symphony, echoing beyond the storm.
