Owen finally realized the truth, and a chill ran down his spine.
The interaction between the raptors and the Indominus moments ago wasn't just random—it was communication.
Now, he wasn't even sure if the raptors would still follow his lead.
"What are you waiting for? Fire! Kill it!" Hoskins shouted frantically from the control room.
Thump, thump, thump—!!
The fully armed mercenaries opened fire, unloading everything they had in Jack's direction.
They didn't care if the raptors were caught in the crossfire.
Bullets from all kinds of weapons tore through the forest air, echoing in a deafening barrage.
But none of it worked. Sparks flew as bullets struck Jack's armored body, bouncing off with loud metallic clangs.
His defenses were untouched.
"Go to hell!!"
One of the mercenaries raised a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher.
A flash of light burst as he fired, the rocket screaming toward Jack.
The warhead was powerful enough to destroy an armored vehicle.
Not even the Indominus could possibly survive that—at least, that's what they thought.
But then, something no one expected happened.
Jack suddenly leapt into the air.
Massive wings unfurled from his sides—pterosaur-like and wide—and he took flight.
As his wings beat the air, the pressure exploded outward.
A whirlwind tore through the forest, toppling trees, flinging sand and debris, and blasting the soldiers off their feet.
Boom—!!
The rocket exploded where Jack had just stood, setting trees ablaze—but he was already airborne, unharmed.
"This... This is impossible! He can fly?!" Hoskins stared at the control room screen in disbelief.
They had already been stunned by the sheer power of the Indominus Rex.
But now, watching him take flight like some nightmarish dragon, reality felt unraveling.
He wasn't just stronger. He was evolving.
"Fall back! Now! Everyone, retreat!!" Owen shouted, steadying himself as chaos erupted around him.
They weren't just facing the genetically-engineered Indominus Rex anymore.
Now the four raptors—his raptors—had turned on them too.
In the thick, dark forest, they were sitting ducks.
Hiss!!
Before Owen could say another word, a nearby mercenary was pounced on by Blue.
She sank her teeth in with ferocity, tearing into him as his screams filled the night air.
Da-da-da-da—!!
Panicked mercenaries sprayed bullets wildly into the shadows, hoping to hit something—anything.
But the raptors were too fast, weaving through the darkness, taking them down individually.
Screams, gunfire, and roars echoed through the forest.
Owen didn't waste another second. He turned and sprinted toward his quad bike, the only thought in his mind: Get out. Now.
Boom!!
The massive figure crashed down from the sky, smashing the four-wheeled motorcycle into splinters like a toy.
Jack snatched Owen up with one hand, holding him like a fragile figurine.
"Hey. In your next life, you should try being Star-Lord," Jack grinned darkly.
Owen's eyes widened in terror as Jack's jaws snapped open, revealing rows of razor-sharp, iron-like teeth.
Blood dripped from his mouth as he bit down fiercely.
'You're the protagonist of the Jurassic World saga, bonded with the Velociraptor pack. Although the raptors betray now, by the end, those raptors turn against us.'
That's why Jack needed to take Owen out first—without Owen, the raptors wouldn't betray him.
Roar!!
Jack took to the air once more, pouncing on the remaining mercenaries and crushing them one by one like ants.
The mercenary squad was wiped out.
The four Velociraptors, now full, gathered around Jack.
It was clear—they were choosing to follow him from now on.
Roar!!
Jack roared in approval.
There was no future in fighting alone. Like the saying goes, you unite every force you can.
Jack's hatred for humans was deep and personal.
He knew trouble would follow him, so he intended to build his own army.
And his recruits? Undeniably, the dinosaurs of Jurassic World.

At that moment, Gray appeared from behind.
Like the others, she carried Velociraptor genes and communicated with the pack.
Gray's size and strength surpassed even the Velociraptors, forcing Blue to give up his position as second-in-command.
Jack couldn't help but laugh at the familiar scene of Gray and the Velociraptors lining up by seniority.
It felt like a ragtag gang of rebels, but these were no copycats.
They were the real Avengers, united against the humans who had imprisoned and exploited them.
Dinosaurs would never be slaves again. They would be kings.

Jack roared and led Gray and the Velociraptors away, swiftly moving through the forest until they reached the central core of Jurassic World.
Humans had hunted them for too long. Now, it was their turn to fight back.
At the same time, inside the control room, Hoskins's face was twisted with fury.
Veins throbbed visibly on his forehead, pulsing with every failed moment.
An operation he had expected to be a guaranteed victory had ended in total disaster.
All because that male Indominus Rex was something else entirely—more monster than creature.
As expected, the Indominus Rex was an incredible biological weapon.
If only they could capture him alive, harness his power for their purposes...
But that chance was gone.
"Better to retreat now," Hoskins muttered grimly, pulling out his phone. He dialed fast.
"Dr. Wu, the plan's changed. The mission's completely derailed. You need to secure all the research and get out now. We need to get the hell out of here."
There was no time to waste.
Dr. Wu's voice on the other end was resigned but determined.
"Understood."
With the situation spiraling, Jurassic World's downfall was inevitable.
Dr. Wu knew they had to salvage what they could—pack up every scrap of research, every gene sequence, and move quickly.
Soon, Hoskins and the last of the mercenaries arrived in a helicopter to evacuate Dr. Wu and the precious research equipment.
Just as the helicopter lifted off, a terrifying roar shattered the night like thunder.
Roar—!!
Hoskins, Dr. Wu, and the mercenaries froze, their faces pale.
The male Indominus Rex was back.
And this time... death was coming for them.
