The stormed rolled in without warning, The Thunder growled loud through the earth and the rain began to pour heavily.
Laura didn't flinch , she held onto her book and turned the next page.
Another night, Another storm, Another ache that had no name.
The old clock rang ten
It was time for her to close up when the bell above the door rang.
She immediately looked up
And her world stopped
A man stood at the doorway, covered in rain, his hair was dripping wet onto the hardwood floor . His presence crackled but it was too real too intense and very familiar.
Laura's breathe caught

The man from her dreams, The one haunting her sleep, kissing her in the shadows and whispered her name like a prayer before he disappeared every Morning.
But dreams weren't supposed to walk into bookstores.
Sorry, He said, Voice Low and smooth. "I saw the lights, Mind if I wait here for the rain to subside?
She could barely nod still perplexed " Sure, come in".
He stepped inside the door shut behind him leaving the storm out but Laura's storm had just began.
He wandered through the corners of the store running his fingers through the old poetry collections. Laura watched him in awe, every detail was the same, his profile, his height and the scar at the lower part of his left eye.
Her dreams hadn't lie.
He turned slowly to her "This place…" He frowned "it feels familiar".
Her heart bounced hard
"Have we met before?"
Laura forced a smile "No, Not In this Life"
He turned towards her "what does that mean?"
She hesitated cause she knew if she said too much he'd leave but if she remained silent, the past would repeat itself again.
"Never Mind" she said softly with a smile "You just have one of those faces".
He came closer, close enough for her to smell the rain.
He stopped a foot away, her pulse raced
"I don't know why,but… I feel like I should remember you".
His eyes were dark, searching
Mara smiled but her eyes betrayed her
"You will", she whispered "Eventually".
