Yu Xuan strolled toward the duo, who were deep in conversation.
They looked human at first glance, but their aura told a different story.
Both stood over seven feet tall, long hair flowing down their backs. Surprisingly, they were twins though not identical.
One had a thin, scholarly build, glasses perched on his nose, while the other was a wall of muscle that could probably snap a tree in half by breathing on it.
As Yu Xuan drew closer, both pairs of eyes locked on him. The one with glasses adjusted them slightly and said, "To what do we owe the visit… of the man who killed a fellow disciple?"
Yu Xuan's brow twitched. "It was self-defense," he replied flatly.
Inwardly, he was impressed. His conversation with Number One had been in a low voice, yet somehow these two had heard him.
Then again… this was a prison. He really should have expected sharp ears here.
"Hello. My name is Yu Xuan," he said with a polite nod.
