I sprint to the IT department and my eyes instantly scan the room for Carter and sure enough, he's there sitting on a bench waiting for me, I take a moment to collect myself before I head over to where he's sitting
Hey! Are you ready to go?
I ask him with a wide smile which he returns with a nod
Yeah lets go. I'm starving! I really want sushi!
He says with a pout so adorable it makes me want to pinch his cheeks
Okay we'll get sushi.
He both head out the mansion before making our way over to a popular sushi place downtown and take seats in the corner booth.
So which one do you want?
I ask him and he starts to list off options like an excited toddler which Instantly melts my heart,
Okie so I'm thinking this one! But I don't like that they added this ...Ooo! How about this one but I had this one last time and I want to try something new! Oh wait this one looks new! I've never had this one before and I-
Before he could ramble any further I cup his face
Okay okay slow down baby. How about I pick ?
I ask with a smile,

He says with a pout, I chuckle and order for the both of us. We talk for some more time and when our food arrives he quickly pulled out his phone to get a photo
Waitt don't eat it yet! I have to get a pic for my story!
I chuckle and settle back watching him do a photography session with out food, when he's done we both finally begin eating but when I take the first bite, something feels off. I feel my throat starting to tighten and my vision going blurry, Carter noticed immediately,
Ethan? Are you okay? What's going on???
He starts to panic which is the last thing I want, I manage to gasp out
I ..I...is there...g.. garlic...I..in here ..
He starts to panic more as he check the menu for the ingredients and spots it, garlic.
Y..yes there's garlic! Wait are you allergic??
At this point I'm struggling to breathe and point to my bag with trembling hands
T..t..thee .epi..pen ..
Within the second he grabs my bag, pulls out the epi pen and have it in me, after a few minutes I start to feel a bit better
Are you ok?? We have to go to the hospital!!
He says packing his stuff
No it's ok...I'm fine now
I try to assure him but he doesn't listen, he takes my hand and drags me to the nearby hospital
Baby this isn't necessary. I'm fine now
I try to protest but he shakes his head
I'm not backing off! Either you come willingly or I'll drag you there myself!
I let out a chuckle and reluctantly go to the hospital with him, after a while the hospital cleared me for leaving
See I told you I'm fine baby. You didn't have to panic
I tell him

He says with a pout so adorable it shatters my heart.
We didn't eat though.. let's get pizza! Without garlic!
He says with a smile and I happily agree, we get a pizza and at this point the sun starts to set,
The sun looks so beautiful...wanna watch the sunset while eating pizza?
He asks me with a wide smile, I just look at him and smile back

He asks me,
Because I'm lucky to have you, baby
I say as I ruffle his hair and he gives me that adorable pout again, we both make our way to the cliff and enjoy our pizza, I reach over and take his hand into mine over and take his hand into mine

He asks me, I just chuckle

I'm buying you a hand cream
He says and I just nod and smile
