BOOOOM!!
The battlefield became a hellscape. A series of mana-charged explosions daisy-chained across the district, tearing through asphalt and steel. Entire city blocks collapsed into rubble, and within minutes, the once-proud skyline of District A was consumed by a roaring inferno.
"Shit!! No matter how we do this, they will keep on coming!!"
A Summoner yelled, his voice cracking with exhaustion. He swung his blade, decapitating a charging zombie. "Fire Blade!!"
The five-meter-tall Saw-Maned Lion behind him roared, its mane igniting. It slashed its massive paw, sending a crescent blade of concentrated fire tearing through the undead horde, turning a dozen of them into ash instantly.
The Summoner paused, breathing heavily, sweat stinging his eyes. "I don't think this city can survive this," he muttered, looking up at the colossus dominating the skyline.
